You can put the car down and enjoy by bike or on foot the sweetness of Noirmoutier, its beaches, its center, its old port, its salt marshes, its pine forests.
You will have on the ground floor a completely new kitchen, living room with TV, bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, a WC + two bedrooms: a bedroom ideal for children with bunk beds + a single 90 bed and a master bedroom with 160 cm bed and TV.
