DC Vacation

The property was well located to everything we wanted to do and see with easy access to main roads. The house was well stocked and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our visit and would rent again if we decided to come back in the future.

Lots of room but

House had plenty of room and layout was great. The walls need repainted, they are so dirty and marked up that it really takes away from house. The bedding and towels need replaced, they are all so dingy that they seem dirty.

Large backyard, lots of beds!

This was a true 10 person vrbo. We very comfortably fit our large family and my in-laws. My kids had fun in the back yard, and the house was largely clutter free. I missed some small amenities I've had other places, but nothing critical. Overall a good home for families.

Great for a family

We needed a place for our family to meet and this was exactly what we needed. There is plenty of room, and it is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Some utensils and cookware in the kitchen need updating, but it was well stocked. The master bedroom needs something to block the early morning sun from coming in the windows, but the host told us they would take care of it. The host was very responsive to our needs.

Stay in Stafford

This property was perfect for our stay in Stafford for a family reunion. The house is even larger than the pictures show. It comes equipped with all of the things you forget to think about. On our first night we got a call to make sure all was well and to give us a contact phone number in case we needed any assistance. We had a group of 6 adults and there was plenty of room for family to visit us during our stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Choice

Property was the perfect location for our family trip to Virginia. None of our destinations were over 2 1/4 hours from the house. The house itself was comfortable with everything we needed for a enjoyable stay. I would recommend this location to friends and family.

Great location and plenty of room for the family!

Reservation, communication and check in were seamless. Property description was accurate. We enjoyed the early morning coffee/tea on the deck while watching the sunrise. We will book this location again the next time we have a family gathering in the DC area.

OCS Graduation / Great Location for MCB Quantico

Perfect accommodations for our group of 8. Quiet neighborhood that is about 25 minutes from Quantico and only a couple of minutes from grocery stores, shopping and plenty of local and franchised restaurants. Close to I95. Traffic in the area was not bad at all. House was well kept and clean. HVAC worked perfectly and we were all comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances. WIFI was great and TV was also available. Plenty of off street parking. Resident in lower unit was not at all obstructive, barely realized he was home. Host checked in with me several times and was quick to respond to questions. Would stay here again.

Great location.

Perfect location for graduation ceremony at Quantico as well as sightseeing. The basement tenant was home during our entire stay and we never saw or heard from him. The house is a great size and was perfect for us.
