The recreation destination you’ve been looking for is here in beautiful Lake George, NY! Centrally located in a serene wooded setting, Lake George Campsites is your gateway to the Adirondack Mountains. Our family-friendly environment boasts walkability to major Lake George attractions like Six Flags Great Escape and is minutes from the Lake George Outlets and Lake George Village.

Campground amenities include an outdoor swimming pool, recreation room, playground, and plenty of outdoor sports. We also have an onsite laundry facility and a fully stocked store to pick up some of those last-minute essentials. Whether you’re looking to relax and enjoy our onsite amenities or for the perfect home base to take advantage of all the Lake George region has to offer, you’ve found the right place!

Our Algonguin model vacation cottages are 450 square feet and have 2 bedrooms, a loft area for sleeping, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, 1.5 baths, an indoor gas fireplace, and a screened porch. Other modern conveniences include central air/heat, flat-screen TVs, cable, and Wi-Fi.

Linens are not provided but are available for a fee. You are welcome to bring your own.

A security deposit of $200.00 is due upon arrival. This is refundable upon checkout.

Great place for family of 4

The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. My son is in high school and loved the loft area when he wanted to get away from us! My daughter is 11 and loved the bunk bed room. Loved how it had 2 bathrooms!! Perfect space. Check in process was easy. Screened in porch was definitely a plus! So peaceful, would definitely recommend.

It was a great place, but it was smaller than we expected. Of course you're only there to sleep, you're mainly hanging out outside. The screened in porch is a huge plus!

Cute, quiet and cozy!

Check in/out was simple- Stayed here with my husband and two kids (5&6). Only a short 10 minute drive to lake George and walking distance to the fun spot, several restaurants and putt-putt. Cottage was quiet, clean and everything we needed which made our stay enjoyable. It advertised to sleep 7, I think that would be a bit tight, as the loft area only small children would fit comfortably. If your planning to cook inside, I would recommend bringing your own frying pan and pots as the ones provided were a bit small. Shower had great pressure- master bed I’d probably bring an egg crate next time but now I’m just being picky! lol The kids loved the pool and it was a short walk from the cottage. I would highly recommend and would stay at this location again. Things to do that we enjoyed: West Mountain chairlift-hiking Lake George Kayaking- Bolton Landing Steamboat Minnie Ha Ha Pirate Cove Putt-Putt Saddle Up Stables
