Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise with the relaxing sounds of the ocean from your 17th floor balcony in the North Hampton tower in Kingston Plantation.

This fresh and bright 2 bedroom (1 King 1 Queen) 2 bath unit has everything you will need to make your stay in Myrtle Beach memorable. A fully equipped kitchen, towels, bedding, TVs in each room, internet, and washer and dryer are included. All new bedding and towels. The 42-foot balcony is accessible from the living area and both bedrooms providing a tranquil spot to relax after enjoying the amenities Kingston Plantation has to offer.

The North Hampton tower is steps away from the beach. It is the only building in the Plantation that has a private indoor pool and hot tub as well as access to several outdoor pools. This is a secure building with keyed entry to provide you and your family an added sense of security during your stay. It is well maintained and the quietest of the oceanfront towers with a high percentage of resident owners.

Kingston Plantation is a gated resort on 145 acres centrally located in Myrtle Beach. It offers several amenities, walking trails, rental bicycles, ocean front boardwalk, bars and restaurants. The Plantation is within a few minutes’ drive to Restaurant row, golfing, shopping and the entertainment districts.

Wonderful stay!

Great place to stay. Condo is CLEAN and the hotel and grounds are also very nice. Kitchen has everything you could need even though we didn’t cook much. Beach was beautiful and not too crowded. Loved sitting out on the huge balcony. Would definitely stay here again.

Ten of ten! Super easy check-in. CLEAN, updated and had everything we needed (including super soft sheets). Had a small issue with door handle and incredibly nice team was there promptly to get it fixed. Did I mention the BALCONY? We spent time out there every morning and every evening! We had a wonderful stay!

Clean,updated,comfortable condo. The best feature is the large balcony where you will want to enjoy your morning coffee and it’s also a great place to hang out while the rain clouds pass. Location is wonderful and the beach was not crowded. Overall great place to stay.

Great Stay - Beautiful View

The condo was beautiful, clean, and just as described. Very Roomy. The balcony was our favorite part, huge balcony with a great view! The are around the condo was fabulous. So much to do. The area was quiet and felt safe. We will definitely book again if we are back in this area.

Repeat guest- home away from home!

This is my second year staying at this condo for a convention that brings me to Myrtle Beach. It is very convenient, and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked which I appreciate so I don’t have to eat out as much while I am there. Thank you for hosting me again this year and I will be back next year :-)

Perfect Kingston Location

This is a perfect location if you are attending a conference at the Embassy Suites. North Hampton has all of the boxes checked: Easy parking, secure building, easy access to beach and common walkway. The condo is well stocked with amenities and clean; check in directions were clear and easy to follow. The beach at this location has chairs and umbrellas for rent if you don't want to bring all of your beach gear, which was a huge plus for me. I would definately stay here again.

Sunrise on the balcony

Beautiful views over looking the beach, especially while enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or Bloody Mary.....very clean, updated condo and well maintained. It was nice having an extra area for the beach stuff on the lower level so you do not have to drag it up to the condo. Would go back again!! Thank you

Last minute but excellent stay

Condo was just as described & looked in the pictures. Resort was very nice & building felt safe & secure. We loved the oversized balcony & view. We ate dinner in a couple of nights & kitchen was stocked with all that we needed, including some surprise items like baggies, spices, & oils.The space was big & laid out nicely with the bedrooms on opposites sides of living room & sliding glass doors to balcony from each bedroom & living room. Check-in & check-out couldn’t have been any easier. Location is great as it is ocean front in a nice resort with plenty of amenities & shopping close by. Easy to get to from interstate. We would absolutely love to stay here again if we are back in the Myrtle Beach area.

Great Stay!

We had a great stay! I've been coming to Kingston since college and love the resort. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. Beach towels, dishes, utensils, cooking equipment are all provided. Super clean, beds are comfortable. Really enjoyed having access to the indoor pool and the cage in the basement to keep our sandy stuff. Check-in is super easy, and we never had to contact the owners. Check-out was easy too - no extensive to-do list - just leave the keys and go. Some downsides: Not a ton of hot water. We had to stagger showers (two went in the afternoon/two in the evening) to make it work. Also, the condo is above the dumpsters - it's far enough up that there's no smell, but it gets collected loudly by the garbage truck every day around 8:30a. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Lastly, if you have small kids, keep in mind that the bars on the patio railing are horizontal (very tempting to climb) and there is a decent sized gap between the railing and the columns that a kid could squeeze through. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Rented this property based off of all of the wonderful reviews. Everything was excellent! Clean and inviting. No issues. Once we found were everything was located ( third elevator goes right to the basement , make a right turn and you walk into the storage area where we were able to store our cart and chairs in the cage and walk right out the other side and strait to the beach. Wonderful having this and not having to bring to the room or leave in our car like other units) Only thing that would have been better is a key pad to get into room instead of keys. But other than that, perfect!

It was the most uncomfortable bed ive ever slept in. The listing showed a pool for the north Hampton that we could not have access to. We was uncomfortable everynight because we could not adjust the AC. We paid $2800 to be uncomfortable . Pretty terrible all the way around.
