Walk to the Track - Seasonal Rental $19,500

Three bedroom house located right between the track and downtown within walking distance to all you need in Saratoga. The track is under a 5 minute walk and Broadway is 7 or 8 minutes in the other direction. Newly updated bathroom, fresh paint, new fixtures and furniture have brightened up this space. Great front porch to enjoy your morning coffee and to people watch.

The space
With 3 neighborhood eateries within a block and in the heart of the historic homes district the location could not be better. Really no need to get in the car after you arrive.

Guest access
The house comes with high speed internet and smart/hulu TVs that have cable access. There is a Google Home speaker for music with blue tooth capability to play music from your phone or iPods. The back patio also has a propane BBQ grill. The owners of the property are local and ready to accommodate any needs you have.
