Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Unload the dishwasher and put dishes away. Please put all used linens/towels into the bathtub. Make sure the beach chairs are totally rinsed off and put in the condo. Put air conditioner up to 78°
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This condo building is a 3 story, 21 unit ocean front property. Our condo is ocean front and is located on the first floor level/one flight up, with parking underneath. It is a quiet location close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. There is plenty of room on the beach for enjoying the sun and surf.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful beach for swimming and long walks, swimming pool, outdoor showers, grills, fabulous restaurants and shopping near by and plenty of night life for entertainment.
