Evite sus preocupaciones en esta suite con balcón en el tercer piso con mecedoras gemelas en el balcón. Este condominio es atento y está decorado en forma cálida. El sofá cama Queen o el sillón reclinable tiene una excelente vista del televisor de pantalla plana de 32 "y del océano. Hay grandes ventiladores de palas para mantener la brisa marina circulando. La cocina está totalmente equipada con una estufa plana con horno, refrigerador mediano y todos los artículos de cocina que pueda necesitar. La entrada tiene un gran mostrador para atrapar las llaves a medida que entra y sale. El baño fue remodelado para incluir una nueva bañera y envolvente. We love St Augustine and have been going to Cresent Beach for thirty five years! Can’t beat the beach and town. Loved our stay at this particular condo but a few things it lacked. Needs up to date tv (smart tv). Also a larger recliner or more comfortable chair. The bed was comfortable and everything else was clean and accommodating! Cleaning staff was very helpful and kind.

Everyone was very nice. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Could use some updating but not a big deal. Great view of the beach. Nice pool and secured entry and exit to and from the beach. Maid service was excellent. We enjoyed the fact the condo is not located in the busyness of St Augustine Beach and the historic area. If you want peace and quiet, Crescent Beach is it. It’s only 15-20 from the historical area. There are a lot of good places to eat along A1A. Sunset Grill has THE BEST key lime pie I have ever had!

Oceanfront Condo w/ Amazing View

This condo is worth it for the view, the easy access to the beach and the pool. It could use some renovations, but is a great choice for a couple or small family. It’s just south of the busiest areas (so it’s easy to get to all the typical stuff but you aren’t in the middle of it all). A great get away for a weekend trip!

Enjoyed our stay

Enjoyed our stay In room 211 very much, this wasn’t the room we booked, but due to COVID policy(?) we were moved. The only thing I would suggest for this unit is better storage for clothes, no dresser, however there are shelves but they were full of pictures and decor. Other than that, its a nice place and it is pet friendly.

Nice, but a little small

We'd always stayed on the northern end in the past, where the rooms have more square footage. I'll know in the future which end to favor!

Most of the units are actually exactly the same size, the only units that have that extra space are numbered 20-27 and are called plus units, so feel free to request those for any future stays and we would be more than happy to make sure that you got the room you need.

The roof leaked and dripped all night on the foot corner of the bed and floor. Told the front desk lady and she basically blamed it on there room above us. "They must of turned the air down to low."

Not quite as expected

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was FANTASTIC! But that’s about the only good thing I can say about our unit (313). It was listed as a GOLD unit which I did inquire about how this is determined before booking. Was told unit was updated YEARLY for GOLD, every other year for Silver and less often for Bronze. This unit would probably be better considered BRONZE or below. It has definitely NOT been updated in quite some time. The TV was not set up correctly to allow proper HD settings; the internet/WiFi kept disconnecting and the fridge never got cold enough to safely keep milk. Additionally, the unit was dirty and dusty throughout. The ceiling fans haven’t seen a dusting in at least a few months; the same for the baseboards. There was also a bit of an ant problem, but it’s Florida so that’s kind of common. We were a short stay and mostly came for the beach so did not complain about these issues but We would not stay here again.

Thankyou for letting us know about the issues during your stay. We are currently deep cleaning all the condos, so we will make sure that no areas were missed in 313. The TV's are all unique to their condos, so we will pass along this information to the unit owner. We review all the units at the same time, but we are just now doing the evaluations for this year, with the labor issues it has been hard to get attention to these areas that need it most. Always let us know if you have a struggle, we will do our best to make it right.

Great location & rental unit, but balcony above was a nuisance

Unit 313 was in nice location, well appointed furnishings, clean, appliances worked well and balcony was oceanfront, comfortable, positive experience ... EXCEPT that water from the condo balcony above constantly was dripping on us while sitting on our balcony like a waterfall over the edge from the above balcony floor and/or from the black extended drainpipe above and only got worse when a strong East wind would blow more dripping water West & deeper onto our balcony making it unusable at times. The weather was dry, sunny, no rain so dripping was probably from the air conditioner on balcony above. This situation is a nuisance from inconsiderate condo owner above & should be corrected. Would like to stay at this unit again, if the nuisance waterfall is corrected. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay in unit 313 very much.

The maintenance staff takes great effort in keeping the common areas clean. We love that downtown St Augustine is only 15-20 minutes away. Crescent Beach is beautiful and very walkable! The swimming pool is heated which helps this time of year.
