Dette Condo blev købt næsten nye derefter renoverede høje ende. Hvert værelse har et stort plasma Hi-Definition TV og dekoreret i rige luksuriøse farver. Toppen af den linje rustfrit apparater med matchende tilbehør, inklusive kaffemaskine / kværn, front-end load vaskemaskine og tørretumbler, møbler og sengetøj. Granit bordplader i køkken og badeværelser. Penthouse KVALITET!

Perfekt for familier med små børn. Hvide sandstrande. Aktiviteter lige fra on-site leje: ocean oppustelige klat med bjergbestigning, jet ski, para sejl, sejlads, ponton udlejning, dybhavsfiskeri ture og dykning ekspeditioner. Der er en vedhæftet Alvin Ø for on-site shopping af badetøj, samt, nærbutik.

Fire swimmingpool områder der passer til alle plus en spray jorden for småbørn, vandland med hælde spand og dias. Forskellige sommer weekend aktiviteter arrangeret! Voksne drikkevarer i baren og grill også ved poolen i hotellets dagligvarebutik. Nyd den igangværende musik, mens flydende doven floden eller se en sommer dyk-i film. This condo was perfect for our family. It was very clean and organized. My three kids loved the bunk beds, and my husband and I loved the master! All of the beds were very comfortable and the pillows were even better. The couch was super cozy with tons of pillows to relax on after a long day at the beach. The free beach chairs were super convenient and we loved the spacious balcony. We have always loved staying at Splash and this condo is definitely our new favorite.. highly recommend. Tracy is also great at communicating and made checking in a breeze. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place for a family trip!

This was such a great trip! From the room and everything we needed being available, to the little water park downstairs, we enjoyed our stay with our kids ages 2, 4 and 12! The check in process was super simple. The owner was great and so helpful and patient with me, even when I was trying to get into the wrong room and wondered why our code didnt work! Haha! She was very responsive and kind! Elevator wait times would be the only "issue" I might mention, which was only an issue during peak times. One of the elevator issues on one day was due to a storm that came thru and caused a power flicker, stopping one of the elevators from working for a few hours. Nothing we couldn't manage though! Otherwise, this is a great place to bring kids to and will definitely plan to come again. The included beach chairs was a plus and so appreciated! Thank you for allowing our family to stay in your condo!

Great place!

We were very happy with our stay at 806W. The property manager replied immediately to a minor issue we had upon arrival and helped us work through the item. The condo was clean and looked just as it was pictured. The view was great, plenty of seating on the deck, and chair service at the beach was a plus.

We'll be back!

We had an excellent stay! Everything was exactly as described. The host is super responsive, kind, and helpful. The location and beach access are perfect. We also loved the splash pad and coffee/snack shop for convenience. Great experience and would definitely come back to this property!

Perfect stay!

This was our fourth trip to splash and our best yet! The unit was exactly as pictured as well as very clean and comfortable. The owner was wonderful about providing all details before we arrived, and she also gave us recommendations on some fun things to do that did not disappoint. We will be looking to book this unit again in the future!

Perfect Condo!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo!!! It's location was perfect - the 8th floor was the perfect floor to be high enough to see everything below but not too high for us scaredy cats! And it's located directly in front of the elevator so wasn't a ton of walking for our little ones!!! The condo was clean, furnished with everything we could possibly need and then some, and the owner's gave us tons of information/insight that helped our stay enjoyable!

FUN TIMES AT PCB SPLASH!

Great condo! We enjoyed the location & amenities at splash. The floor level of this condo is perfect. The owner Tracey was awesome...she made sure all our request happened. Would definitely recommend and will return! Thanks again Tracey for all your recommendations!

Fun for everyone!

We really enjoyed our stay! The property is great for kids. Our 8 year had a blast! My favorite was the master bedroom. You can lay on the bed and see the ocean and was amazingly comfortable. The view was beautiful and the location was so convenient. The room had everything we needed. Our teens were able to walk across the road and shop around and were super close to shopping and restaurants. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

Definitely a great experience... Tracy, the host was amazing! It’s obvious she takes a strong interest in the quality of the rooms and ensuring you are fully informed and equipped for about every activity available in the area. Also, she is very responsive. Friendly, reasonable and thoughtful! Thank you Tracy- we had an amazing time! The location is great and the beach is beautiful!

Beautiful condo!

It was my family and I first time on the beach and I would have to say it was amazing! Once we got in the room we was stunned of how clean and beautiful it was decorated!! The view from the balcony was breath taking! The condo had everything you need!! Tracy was so easy to work with she always emailed you or called you back and was very helpful with any questions you had. She had a list for you before you arrive of all the things you can do in PCB and that really helped because it rained one whole day while we was there! The beaches was beautiful and we loved how Splash had heated pools!! It was an overall PERFECT vacation!! We would definitely recommended this condo! We will be back soon!!

Property wasn't cleaned well, dust bird poop on balcony, my husband stepped on a budwiser beer cap out on the balcony with his bare feet. Ceiling fans covered in dust, tv console covered in dust. Air conditioner wouldn't go below 68 degrees, strip of cabinet fell off, bottom part of dishwasher fell off. A game room was advertised but there wasn't a game room there,it was turned in to a cafe. A 20.00 fee for parking and property passes was instead 30.00.

Their condo is beautiful. The master bathroom is huge the tub is awesome My two little boys loved it!! It is extremely nice and updated when you walk in it is like a luxury suite! The beach chairs were so nice to be able to store your stuff somewhere. She is so easy to get in contact with, I had no problems. When I couldn't find something she told me exactly where to look and there it was. I highly recomend this condo It has by far been the nicest condo I have ever stayed in. The splash pad was nice. My kids loved the arcade! She also gave me a list of fun things to do. Without that I don't think we would have enjoyed ourselves like we were able to. Considering I hadn't been to pcb in over 5 years. She is just a excellent host and a top of the line condo. I hope to get the oppurtunity to come back! thank you tracy!!

Accurate photos, clean, and comfortable

My friend and I enjoyed eight nights, watching sunsets from the balcony, and during day, easily being able to get down to the beach to the relax on the included seasonally included chaise lounges and umbrella. We stayed in early October, so no problems with elevators that people in the summer have. Please note that beach towels are not included, so remember to bring your own. As well as extra toilet paper since only one roll per bathroom included. We enjoyed using the boogie boards. Well, we love the included chaise lounge access, some days it was so windy that umbrellas couldn’t be put up for shade. Hey, that’s just beach weather and no one to blame. We use the pool areas just one afternoon. It just wasn’t for us, since we both prefer swimming in the salt water. Even in first week of October, the pool area was very crowded with kids. My friend found the master bedroom bed quite comfortable. I slept in the second bedroom on the bottom, full-size bunk, and it was very comfortable. Both of us enjoyed the paint colors throughout the condo. It was one of the reasons we booked it because we found the paint colors calming yet not bland. The pictures are accurate.

Perfect Location. Great Condo!

Fantastic view! Everything you need to cook with is there so you don't have to worry about bringing your kitchen. The condo was tastefully decorated and clean. (Cleanliness is a peeve I look for) It was a bit too cold for the kids to get in the splash pad, but they enjoyed the Pool and of course the sand! Still a little cold for us to be in the ocean but it didn't stop others from being in the water. The security staff were spotted all around which was nice, and they stayed on top of anyone trying to enjoy the pool who weren't staying at Splash. Beach chairs were a must and helped us not have to bring along additional items or purchase chairs while there. The condo's rental cabana was directly at the beach access form the condos where you could book banana boat rides, or parasailing. We took our 2 year old on an airboat tour 10 min down the road and she really enjoyed it-as did we. Also, we went to Golf World Marina to see the Dolphins since this time of year is still a little cold to find them wild. I recommend eating at the Back Porch if you like Crab Legs- theirs are by far the best tasting and wallet friendly for the amount you get. The owner of the condo is very nice and responds quickly- we inquired about WIFI since we couldn't find any info on it and within a few minutes, she had us the information. Then my husband left his glasses behind and she called the maid immediately who called to let me know she found them and will put them in the mail ASAP. Couldn't ask for better service. Or a better condo. Will be looking to come back again in the future! Thank you for a great family mini vaca!

Condo was disgusting upon arrival

Dehumidifier full of mildew. Condo smells of mildew and filth. Dust centimeter high on ceiling fan. Multiple dead insects in plain sight. Trash and debris behind couch and under coffee table. Greasy kitchen floor. Washing machine had black mold, hair and wrappers. Sand on balcony and significant bird feces. Balcony furniture severely rusted and dangerous. Besides the balcony sliding doors and the entrance to the condo, no locks worked properly on any door and prevented any privacy. French fries and food chunks sitting in the trash can opening. Bathroom trash can reeked of urine and had to be removed. Hair in the “clean” sheets in 2/4 of the beds. Master bedroom and living room TVs do not work properly, back of remote missing with no batteries. After putting batteries in, still doesn’t work. Dryer vent severely clogged at exit vent causing a lot of lint to be blown out into the hall and into the condo. Ceiling leak in guest bedroom appears attempt at patching. Photo evidence has been provided to property manager. Stains on couch. Layers of dust on thermostat and TVs. Living room rug has crusted food and play doh smashed into it in plain sight, clearly ignored by housekeeping. Living room lamp does not work. Would not stay again. Listing photos are clearly aged compared to what we arrived to. Considering we could not check in until right at 4pm because they said the condo was still being cleaned, it was in fact not clean. Had to clean upon arrival to even be able to stay there.

The mother of four who loves to play hard and a working husband who deserves to relax hard, I set out on a quest years ago to locate the perfect family vacation destination to enjoy year after year. They love me for this one! Splash has been the highlight of our lives. We have learned to stop and feel the ocean breeze and realize that nothing is more important than the time we share together. Driving 11 hours from Texas doesn't bother us either. We know its worth the drive to go to a place with not only so many activities to enjoy but, the most peaceful and beautiful place on earth (not to mention, enjoying it all right from your bedroom and living room balcony)!This is a family resort where you feel the excitement from children playing in the water park and pools, the families crab hunting on the beaches at night and the incredible sunsets and sea life you witness from your own balcony each morning and night. Out of excitement we purchased a top-end unit at Splash with 3 LARGE Hi-Definition plasma TV's with extended cable, 2 FREE beach chairs and umbrella set-up to enjoy during season and the best location as you exit the elevators directly into your unit (sheltered). We certainly don't have any regrets. In fact, we completely book up the summer months and often have repeats year after year. We know your family will enjoy this unit as much as we have! We will do everything to make sure you do!

Location of unit is SO convenient, as well as, not too high or low on 8th floor. Located on quieter west end and only 5 minutes from Peir Park. Beach chairs with umbrella are setup on beach and paid for you to enjoy!

Newer Family Resort with lazy river/waterpark, quiet end of the beach, less than 2 mi. from Pier Park, huge Alvin's Island attached, bar, grill and coffee/ice cream shop, no other resort offers the water park atmosphere quite like Splash Resort.
