Arriving at "Waterfall," you'll find ample parking at this brand new beach home, located on a peaceful corner of the amazing Cypress Breeze Pool! The exterior of the home is tastefully landscaped, and you'll have access to the 2-car garage for parking the Golf Cart, and storing beach gear, etc.

Entering the home, modern white and gray coastal finishes set the tone of this amazing beach experience. Construction of this brand new home was completed in 2019 by one of the best in the business.

On the first floor, ground level, you'll find a large den/bunk-room, great for watching the big game, or just enjoying a cool beverage out of the sun. This space features a full size pool table, two twin bunk sets, a large flat screen TV and a full-size refrigerator (just inside the garage - great when storing food and drinks for larger families).

The first floor also includes a queen bedroom with a massive flat screen TV and comfy sofa. A full-size bathroom is located just outside the queen bedroom, making it available to the bunk room guests as well, if needed. Guests will also enjoy the conveniently located full-size washer/dryer on the ground floor.

Upstairs on the second level, you'll find the open plan kitchen-living-dining spaces. Lounge in plush sofas, enjoy movies on the huge flat screen TV, share meals in the elegant dining space, or chat over coffee at the kitchen breakfast bar.

The BBQ grill is stationed on the balcony just off this 2nd floor living room space, making it super easy to grill up! On the balcony, you'll find ample seating and tables for dining and lounging, as well as views to the pool area!

As you might imagine, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll want or need to prepare your favorite family meals, and features stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and plenty of storage. There is also a large half-bath, conveniently located just down the hall from the living room on this floor.

The expansive master suite is also located on the 2nd floor. You'll be amazed by the amount of space this room provides. In addition to the king bed and large private bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower, the master suite also includes an office desk, and a walk-in closet. Special note: The master bedroom features a dedicated full-size washer/dryer in the walk-in closet!

As you walk toward the stairs to the third floor, you'll notice an additional office desk workspace, which is a great space to store/charge devices, etc.

Continuing on to the third floor, you'll find two queen bedrooms, each with direct balcony access. The two queen bedrooms share a full-size bathroom directly across the hallway. The 2nd of these two queen bedrooms also includes a day-bed with trundle!

At the end of the third floor the hallway opens to a second master bedroom with a king size bed and private full-size bathroom with walk-in shower!

The third floor balcony includes chairs, rocking-loungers, and sweeping views over the pool courtyard area!

The beach is just a short golf cart ride, or moderate walk from your front steps. A convenient and safe walking path runs alongside the roadway all the way to the beach. Hop in the street-legal 6-person golf cart and you'll be lounging on the beach in minutes! About 3/4-mile door-to-door, you'll find the Gulf Place Beach access with plentiful parking, rest rooms and lifeguards on duty in peak season.
