You just discovered a hidden gem at Redfish Village M1-309, a stunning condo situated along Scenic 30A in Blue Mountain Beach. Explore beautiful beaches, coastal boutiques, and local cuisine, all while soaking up the sun and enjoying plenty of outdoor activities. Whether you’re a returning visitor or a first-time guest, we’re confident you’ll be back!



Redfish Village M1-309 is a gorgeous third-floor condo with two bedrooms and two and a half baths accommodating up to eight. Beautifully furnished and fully appointed, each room is accented with high-end finishes and elegant decor.  The open-concept living space is filled with a comfy couch, chair, and a dining table with seating for six, an ideal setup allowing everyone to gather together for a movie or game on the huge flat-screen TV. Step out onto the balcony for morning coffee and, on those nights you don’t feel like going out, prepare delicious meals in the beautiful kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with both the master and guest suite housing king-sized beds, en suite baths, and flat-screen TVs. Additional sleeping arrangements include twin over twin bunks nestled in the hall. For added convenience, you’ll find a full-sized stackable washer and dryer.



Redfish Village features a private beach access point, with an extended golf cart shuttle service making quick trips to and from the beach. Hang out at the community pool, explore the area’s coastal dune lakes on a paddleboard, or bike the Timpoochee Trail, an 18-mile paved path that traces the Gulf of Mexico shoreline traveling through beachside communities and state forest lands. Be sure to stop along the way at Redfish Taco for fresh and casual alfresco-style tacos and margaritas, followed by refreshing ice cream, frozen yogurt, or sorbet at Blue Mountain Beach Creamery!



Parties, events, bachelor and bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited, and an adult chaperone must accompany guests under 25 throughout their stay. Smoking is strictly forbidden, and pets are unfortunately not welcome and subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Guests found in violation are subject to eviction with no refund.

Great location with easy private beach access.

We stay in Redfish Village each year at different condos in both buildings. We like Redfish Village because it usually has reasonable prices and a dedicated private beach access area with bathrooms and showers. This condo in particular is in excellent condition. It has a dedicated parking space under an overhang, which is easier to use compared to the parking area for the first building. The beds were comfortable with good mattresses. There were adequate towels, which is not the case for all condos. We love the location of this building as Redfish tacos and Blue Mountain Creamery are mere steps from your door. The pools are well kept and nice for days when the ocean is a bit mucky. Compared to other nearby places, this is a great value for a fantastic time by the ocean.

RedFish Village would stay again

We enjoyed the location and condo complex. We were disappointed when the Wifi did not work, as well as 2 TVs. We contacted the host a few times. We did have a great time in spite of those issues.

Great condo!

Great trip! Great condo! Only two complaints - there was hair on the walls of the guest shower from previous guests (yuck!) and the shower curtain in the guest shower is way too short where you have to be super careful to not get water out of the shower all over the floor. Otherwise, the condo was fully equipped! Loved its proximity to Red Fish Tacos and Blue Mountain Beach Creamery and the pool is great! Would definitely stay again!

Red Fish Village review

Location of this property is excellent. Nice beach access. This unit needs some updating and cleaning. The unit is also right across the parking lot from a restaurant that had a live band. Very loud. The code numbers we were given for the pool and beach gate were not correct. We had to call several times to get the correct numbers.

We took advantage of all the perfectly maintained condo had to offer including the large pool, hot tub, and professional gas grills on site. There were many restaurants within walking distance including a great taco place literally steps away. The private beach access was a short and easy walk and it was nice to have the private restrooms and beach chairs as well. Very family friendly! The property manager was great to work with. Upon arrival the unit was extremely clean and tidy.

Absolutely loved the condo. Very well stocked, clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was the code given to us for the pool and beach gate were incorrect. I placed a call to the direct number given and the lady was very nice and gave us a code and said she updated the system. However, the code given to us was again incorrect. A very nice lady and gentleman at the pool let us in and gave us the code that worked for us all week. Overall we had a fabulous time and are looking forward to our next trip.

Family vacation

We loved staying at Redfish!!! This was our 3rd time here at Redfish Village, and we always recommend it to our friends. This condo was comfortable, decorated beautifully, and met all our needs. The beds were cozy, and my little ones loved having the bunk bed nook as their retreat. I would rent this space again. The pool atmosphere was quiet and clean, and we were sometimes the only ones in it. (September perk!) the drivers for the shuttles were kind and helpful always smiling and eager to assist. Be prepared to rent out your beach chairs and umbrella. The company shade30a doesn’t offer complimentary sets. (They use too) now you have to pay for them. We did come prepared and had an umbrella and chairs. (This condo does have one beach chair you can use). Hope to be back again next year!!
