Everything we were looking for. Beautiful, peaceful and secluded. House was beautiful and exactly like all the pictures. The owners were amazing with communicating with us and extremely friendly. I would love to work with them again!

Cobwebs on decks have been there for a long time. Outside lights at the front steps were not in working order. Hot tub was in an awkward spot no privacy. Cabin itself inside was ok. I’ve stayed in better and I’ve stayed in worse. For the money you pay the cabin is ok.

Cobwebs come over night. We exterminate monthly but have had a lot of rain. And we are in the woods. They definitely have been worse this year than normal. Also, if you would have called we would have helped you with the lights. Sorry you did not enjoy your stay.
Beautiful cabin and gorgeous surroundings. The hot tub was perfect. The beds were nice. However I ripped a chunk of skin out of the bottom of my foot on the rocks that are around the kitchen and fireplace. I would suggest maybe leveling them up or put some type of rubber trim around them. We all stubbed our toes at least once! The blanket in the living room was nasty and so was the mattress protector on the pull out couch. We had to buy an inflatable mattress for my daughter and had to leave it at the cabin because we couldn’t fit it in our vehicle! Otherwise this was a great location for our spring break! Heather

We had a good time but the cabin was not what we expected
Dishes were put away dirty
The bed upstairs was broken down
The pool table needs to be replaced
The screen on the fireplace needs to be replaced
The showers are so small you could barely turn around
I guess all of sevier county has sulfur water
The jacuzzi was filthy . It had dirt and dog hair coming out of the jets. It took three tubs full to get it clean enough to be used.
The Wi-Fi was very slow and the tv did not work half the time.
For the price, it was not worth it. We have stayed in way better places .
The Place was beyond disgusting, I wish I could upload the pictures, one picture will say one thousand words. The Master bedroom was beyond filthy, dirty sheets, dirty mattress, ceiling fan and decorations encrusted with years of dust, along with dust. I sent pictures to the property manager, and she said it wasn't that bad. The dust affected my family's health in serious negative way. We lost water to the cabin, the mangers solution was to get a pot and put water to flush the toilets, never offered another solution. My daughter fell and hurt her head taking water to the toilet. My husband had to fix the water pump, got offered no compensation for it. The place is advertised as a Two Bedroom Two Bathroom and it's NOT a TWO Bedroom it is a ONE Bedroom with a Loft and Two Bathrooms. The mattresses where beyond uncomfortable and dirty. If you want to have a Horrible vacation and jeopardize your kid's health stay here!!!!

We told you to leave and you would not. You stayed and tried to get a free vacation. We have 1 group every Christmas that tries this but we are protected under Tennessee State Law.

Poor Service
First location had no WIFI so no TV - I reached out and they informed us there was a storm a few days prior so probably knocked out and won't be fixed. Not sure why this wouldn't be checked before you let someone check in. I asked for a new cabin and I was directed to a bigger one but was limited to stay only on certain floor, which was fine but it could have been handled a little better being that it was your mess up and I was not even given a sorry for your inconvenience. The new location had no hot water, it was just like camping you would get wet and turn off water or step back and then hurry and rinse. Extemely disappointed with our stay by how we were treated no sorry for the inconveniece just here we will give you another cabin but you can only use certain floors, which again we only needed two floors so I am fine with that but a sorry goes along way instead of making us feel like we put them out. I get there was a storm but check your cabins before allowing someone to stay. Also found a few dead bugs in both locations which I won't complain about because it was colder weather and no house is free of some type of bugs.

Just to let you know. I sent my maintenance up the next day and there was internet and TV. I know you did not like the drive up. But the cabin is super nice and did not warrent a bad review. We accommodated you in a larger cabin at no extra charge.
The property owner and people who run it were top notch. They were very helpful in accommodating us when we couldn’t get to our cabin due to snow. The cabin was clean, romantic and all we hoped it would be. We will return maybe for anniversary trip. Thank you for making our trip memorable ❤️❤️
The cabin and owners were amazing. The view was awesome. Our family had a great time during the days in the cabin. But during each night a cabin in close proximity was playing music all night long until 3:00AM. I actually walked over to speak to them and they did not speak English. It was annoying. We thought there should have been a noise ordinance. So it wasn’t really the owners or the cabin we stayed in, but the surrounding cabins were not restricted and it ruined every night. We wanted to enjoy the beautiful weather at night but could not.

Nice but…
The cabin was beautiful although it needed better cleaning. Dust and cob webs on lamps, windows were dirty. Kitchen utensils and pans were horrid and put away filthy with what seemed like full of grease, caked on food and pan cake batter. Glasses were dirty, utensils were missed matched and very old. All the pans were scratched and warped. The pots and pans were shameful. We definitely left the kitchen and utensils cleaner than what we found. The jacuzzi was a plus. Private balcony in master bedroom. Definitely only meant for two adults and two kids. We were four adults and two kids. The mattress’ in both the loft and Master bedroom definitely need replacing. The one in the loft seemed like the springs were going to come out every time we moved. The bathtub in the loft had mildew, and the tub had some awful stain. I dropped something behind the towel storage in the bathroom and it was filthy and had trash behind/under it. There was no place to hang clothes in the loft nor drawers. I had to hang my clothes from the billiard chairs. The pool table was old and torn, the billiard chairs had mildew on the arm rests were the drinks go. They had a old like dresser were they had one shelf with games strewn and garbage and one half had drawers that fir nearly nothing. The bathroom downstairs was good, however shower is fairly small. The decor was cute, yet for some reason furniture was all offset. The office personnel Patricia was wonderful. The drive up to this cabin is high, steep and confusing. Next to this cabin that we thought was alone are two more cabins. The space for garbage is not enough, it would have been if during our five night stay they would have emptied it. It is very quiet, and the views are beautiful. There are tv’s in the master, living room and loft/game room. However if you put the tv on in the living room you can hear the one in the loft and visa versa. The dining table is for four, it had a three person sofa and a recliner. The rug had some stains on something sticky on the stairs. Overall for the price we were expecting a bit more in terms of cleanliness. Note you have to bring EVERYTHING, tp paper towel, coffee filters, dish soap, sponge etc. Based in the cabin itself and the beauty overall it was a four out of five rating.
Cabin was as beautiful as shown in the pictures online. Communication with property management was easy as they were responsive. Property was clean & tidy and was stocked with everything we needed. We saw two different bears on the property during our stay.
Cabin is very modern, clean and pleasant. A little hard to get to on a very steep road, but if you’re looking for a place to get away from it all but with all the comforts of home, this is it.
My friends and I absolutely loved our stay! It was just what we needed amidst the pandemic, to get away and be secluded away from the craziness. This cabin is in the mountains at the end of the road, by itself, with plenty of trees around the cabin so you cannot see other cabins. Although it’s by itself it’s still close enough to Pigeon Forge to do activities. It was nice to have dinner on the porch one night and there was plenty of space inside to play games! I definitely would stay here again!

We appreciate your visit with us and to our area.
Why they chose this property
I designed this prowl front log cabin in The Shagbark Area because it is off the beaten path of mountain lovers with 24 hour security but yet close enough to the Parkway of Pigeon Forge and the entrance of The Great Smoky Mountains to do what you love and desire in a vacation.
What makes this property unique
This is a 2 level 1 bedroom custom log home that I personally designed with rock features and amenities that would be great for up to 2 to 6 people. It is private but yet close to all the attractions in the area. Please come and enjoy some peace and quite. You don't even have to leave the cabin if you don't want to.
