Meadowlark Apartment - 10 min to Denver, 1 hr to Mnts/skiing

Light and bright for a basement apartment. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to Hwy 6 - with access to the Mountains, Golden, Red Rocks Amphitheater or a few miles East to Downtown Denver.



The entire basement apartment space is private to the guests. You even have your own Washer and Dryer, full kitchen, all you can use!  There is a patio area for guest use just outside the unit with a picnic bench and a Small Charcoal BBQ Grill...Driveway Parking okay all the way to the right side.



I am available by phone or messaging at any time but will not be available in person during your stay.



Quiet residential neighborhood...Walmart is VERY close by, as well as the BelMar Shopping district. Hop on the hwy and you are in downtown Denver within 10 minutes! Or the other way to the mountain communities and Red Rocks Amphitheater.



Super close to Light Rail Park and Ride at 10th Ave and Wadsworth, a few blocks from Wadsworth where you can access the Bus lines.



Cats reside on the property, but will not be inside the basement apartment.

If in town for a trip to Red Rocks Amphitheater, this is a great location. The property has all the amenities one needs. Close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants too. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

The accommodations were as listed. It is the perfect place for a couple’s getaway. Location is great for attending Red Rocks. The apartment is clean and nicely decorated. Everything you need. The backyard is beautiful and neighborhood is quiet. We would definitely return to this lovely place.

My cousin and I stayed here for a series of concerts at Red Rocks and it was close to perfect. All amenities were as described. The apartment was spacious and impeccably clean, and in a safe neighborhood. In addition, the proximity to Walmart (5m) and restaurants was great. The property was lovely, inside and out, and the owner was kind and accommodating. And her beautiful and friendly Siamese cat greeted us in the yard on arrival! All in all we had a lovely stay and world love to visit again.

Location of house is convenient for off and on highway to travel into Golden. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt very safe. Rooms were perfect size. Highly recommend to others wanting a cozy place to stay.

The host have specific instructions for us to check in. Their location is excellent for us who want to see downtown Denver for Christmas Eve and a short drive to the airport for an early morning flight on Christmas day.
