OVERVIEW: Take advantage of this prime location in the heart of downtown Rehoboth Beach, but tucked away from all the business downtown brings. Leave your car in the driveway and walk to everything! This lovely pet-friendly bi-level ranch-style home with four bedrooms and three bathrooms will comfortably accommodate ten people. The spacious screened-in porch is perfect for your morning coffee or dinner after a long day at the beach. A first-level primary bedroom has an ensuite, an open kitchen and dining area, a spacious and comfortable living room, and a second bedroom on the first level. The second level offers two more bedrooms and a hall bathroom.
LOCATION: Just five blocks to the beach and the famous Rehoboth Beach boardwalk, a little over one block to the Silver Lake and the Tot Lot/Turtle Pond. Also, enjoy our fine five-star restaurants, bars, and shopping (tax-free) on Rehoboth Avenue, just three short blocks away!
PARKING: Private driveway for two cars. City parking permits can be purchased at the parking department.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, lovely screened-in porch, well-appointed kitchen, Wi-Fi, and much more.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. Cable is streaming only. Pet-Friendly for one dog is permitted only with a non-refundable pet fee. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a linen rental package to guests. No smoking! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great location terrible mattresses

We love everything about this house except the horribly uncomfortable beds in every room.

404 Country Club Drive Rehoboth, Delaware

Residence was not as clean as should be, lack of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, some of blinds broken, upstairs portable air conditioners, no access to vacuums, gas grill grease trap full and caused a grease fire. Lamps could use attention as they flickered and dimmed on their own.

Cozy Home at a Great Location

Our family was very thankful to find this home to stay in. It was cozy and roomy for our family and a great location that allowed us to walk to restaurants, coffee shops and even the beach for an evening stroll. It was a bit of an older home and would have been nice to have linens provided but it was a perfectly nice home and we very much enjoyed our stayed.

Great location

The house is a great location. Nice neighborhood and cul-de-sac. Short walk or drive to the beach, walkable to Rehoboth Ave, restaurants and coffee shops and there is a great kids playground/park right down the street. My family of 10 had a great time and there were plenty of beds which was perfect. The house is old and rundown but overall fine. The kitchen didn’t have enough pots/pans, utensils and dishes but thankfully we brought our own of both. Don’t book this house if your are persnickety!

Auts, lack of hot water, bowls and utensils

Auts still a problem. Igniter on grill does not work no lighter or matches to light the grill. Not sure if I would have used it anyway because it was do gross and dirty. Not enough bowls or utensils for 8

Good for large groups

This house is definitely good for large groups, with plenty of beds and seating options. The family room and master bedroom were nicely decorated, the rest could use a refresh. Our biggest complaints were that it had a stale musty smell and there is definitely an ant problem - the little ants showed up the first night, not just in the kitchen and dining room but also bathrooms and bedrooms.
