Cottage amenities include kitchen, living room, two bedrooms which sleep 6, front porch and back deck, grill, outdoor shower and ample parking. Plenty of activities for all ages. Sit on the front deck and watch the amazing sunset over the marsh and town of Newburyport. Short drive or bike ride to the quaint town of Newburyport with an abundance of shops, restaurants, live music, art galleries and local craft breweries to fit everyone’s taste and budget. Hike and explore the Parker River Reservation and view eagles, ospreys, hawks and the endangered Piping Plover in their local habitat. Catch a Striped Bass from the beach or Whole day or half day deep sea fishing right from the island. Follow a walking trail down the end of the street and be on the sandy beach in five minutes. Walk to local Plum Island restaurants, such as the Plum Island Grill, Beachcoma, and the Beach front. Enjoy breakfast at the famous Mad Martha's. Nice place, friendly neighbors

You can tell a lot of thought went into maximizing the space and making it fun and easy. Great sunset views from the deck, lots of places to eat nearby and a quick walk to the beach.
