GAMES ROOM. POOL TABLE, AIR HOCKEY TABLE. Free Wi-Fi INTERNET ACCESS. FREE TELEPHONE CALLS TO ALL USA AND CANADA.
The pool/lanai/spa is south-facing and if the sun is shining (which it does almost every day in Florida) the pool area remains sun-soaked all day. The pool has a child safety fence and is fully screened.

The house is fully equipped with all that is needed for easy living. The Kitchen having stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer with ice maker. All bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house is looked after by a reputable management company. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer.

All of the bedrooms have a TV, The great room also has books and board games for your use.

Orange Tree is close (20 Minutes) from Disney World, with Universal Studios, SeaWorld and many large shops close at hand. Wal-Mart for all your needs is just three miles. There are many restaurants and golf courses close at hand and a local Harley Davidson hire shop. Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral on the east coast are about an hour away whilst Clearwater Bay, Tampa and St Petersburg are one and a half hours on the west coast.

Amazing get away

Was clean and beautifully furnished. Great location 30 minutes away from Sea world and Disneyworld. The pool and spa were clean and the kids loved the air hockey & pool table

We really enjoyed our stay. This trip our daughter had a bit of a mishap in the car on the way down and Charles was very understanding and able to even allow us in early to get cleaned up.

Wonderful Stay in Orange Tree

Everything was as advertised. Lots of plates, glasses,utensils, pots and pans. Loads of silverware too!! Pool and spa were perfect.

Summer vacation

Our family loved your home and enjoyed being near all Orlando has to offer. The home is very well appointed and the kids loved the pool and game room. We really felt at home and everyone had their own room to relax when needed. We can't wait to return for another stay.

Fabulous villa all round

We’ve had a superb time and none of us wanted to leave - our time has raced by but been unforgettable. Wonderful house, pool, and hot tub

The house was amazing for our reunion with a group of women friends. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The house was clean, beds comfortable, and linens and towels provided. The host was responsive to our questions. The kitchen was nicely stocked. It has a Keurig and a traditional coffee pot. We really enjoyed our stay.

Quite and beautiful house

I highly recomended , The House has everything we were looking for. The kids enjoyed the swimming Pool while we rest with the beautiful sight of the Forest and At night the kids play in the play room. You only need to bring your clothes everything else is there.

Spring Break Vacation

We decided on a last minute spring break vaca and Charles confirmed my reservation immediately very late the night before we left after having a cancellation! Place was big enough for two families to enjoy and he keeps the place stocked with everything from salt & pepper, trash bags and plenty of towels which is awesome when the kids are constantly swimming! Conveniently located outside of Orlando.
