The place needs an upgrade. For 500 or less he could get new comforters, new pillows( old uncomfortable pillows) better sheets, better towels. Also in the kitchen pans and other items were blackened and in serious need of replacement. Then the faucet in the main bedroom broke. Poor quality. Water kept running because could not turn off.Stains on carpet. Cabinetry in tough shape with dings etc

Great Location - Close to Everything

The location was perfect! Easy 5 min walk to lift 7 or the gondola for skiing. 5 minute walk to the west end of downtown. Beds were a bit soft for my liking, and they need new blinds for the windows. Other than that, everything was great.

Many pet stains from prior dog owners (we had pets too and can understand the stains but maybe a good carpet cleaning would be in order) and the upstairs was not cleaned upon our arrival. There were a few things that did not work - unfortunately.This said - we did enjoy our time in Telluride and found this home just right for location and amenities.

Wonderful spot in Telluride

The location was great for an in-town spot. Very close to the river trail and gondola. Nice, quiet spot too. Definitely not just a couple of blocks from the main areas of town, but it was good to get out steps in. The primary bedroom was spacious and had a great bathroom. Secondary bedrooms were together on the bottom floor and worked out for our two teenagers and 8 year old. Would definitely come back.
