This 3rd floor condo, in the Spiral Stairs Condominium Complex, is centrally located within the town of Telluride. The gondola/Lift 8 base area is just a block away. Within two blocks are found: a local bus stop, 5-6 restaurants, the local award-winning library, an art school, a day spa, a grocery store, a bakery, a liquor store, a cannabis store, Main St. and the trailhead for Bear Creek. Town Park is 4 blocks away. Amenities include covered parking, steam shower, washer/dryer, and wireless internet. The kitchen is well-equipped and has filtered tap water. The Master Bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV with streaming services, views of the ski area and an ensuite bathroom. A second bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV with streaming services, an ensuite bathroom and a private entrance. The third bedroom has 2 bunk beds. The condo is all on one level and the open kitchen/dining/living room has large windows affording views of the iconic east end of Telluride's box canyon, Bear Creek and the ski area.

My instructions for check out vary according to whether I have a turnover that same day. I will ask you to start the dishwasher and start a load of sheets in the wash if so.

A five star stay! Angela was so welcoming and helpful. The condo was full of amenities and gear that came in handy during our week. I especially appreciated how kid-friendly the condo was, considering we were traveling with two littles. This was our 3rd stay at Angela's wonderful condo and everything was to our expectations again! You can't beat this location in town with great proximity to the gondola and ski storage provided. The unit itself is very comfortable with huge windows providing lots of sun and great views! The owner is readily available if you need anything. Our group stayed on the mountain for many years but now we are really enjoying staying in town instead making it easier to enjoy the great restaurants steps from this condo.
