About this property

Beautiful condo - 3 minute-walk to beach

Beautiful spacious condo. Fully equipped with brand new dishwasher, grill, fridge, washer-dryer, and 55 inch-tv. Each room has it own private balcony and there is also a terrace. Assigned parking space. You can hear the ocean from the guest bedroom and jungle noise in the master. We are on the third floor (there is an elevator). Nice breeze throughout the unit. Playa Paraiso is a gated community and is very quiet. It is located between two golf courses (Vidanta and Iberostar). It is a 10 minute-drive to Puerto Morelos and 18 minutes to Playa del Carmen. 30 minutes to the airport.
