WE DO NOT BOOK with any second party's, we are they only one who accept any bookings. Once bookings are completed we will share our WhatsApp contact it takes the business out of it and we can become more personable. We will be in contact with you same day and our property manager same day once reservations are completed, we really like this concept, it works very well.

Please note: because there are guests and owners on this property at the same time we respectfully ask that any noise or music be kept at a low level after 11:00 pm, so the other guests can have a peaceful holiday.
When booking we specifically ask how many people and ages and where you are from, when we come to a agreement on your stay length and how many guests will be staying, we ask of you to honor this. If there are more people who are staying than the allotted or the agreement we had came to there will be a extra charge for each individual and will be deducted off your damage deposit. You will be asked to leave premises immediately as it is breach of contract. Please note second payment may change do bank rates and service fees, this is not controlled by me. If your dollar goes up or down it depends on what that dollar is worth at that time.
UPON your arrival we want you to experience a hospitable welcoming. We want your day to start out just perfect and depending on your arrival could be early or could be very late. You will have a few food items in fridge to get you through your morning or evening so you wont have to be rushed to go to the grocery store. We will also have a bubbly waiting for you to enjoy with a signature note on bottle. Please enjoy!!!!

It is a beautiful 3000 sq foor Villa, very open and comfortable. within a very private 7 villa , gated and fenced development, seconds of a walk to pool and beach. On site care taker 24/7 ,infinity ocean front pool,beautiful gardens.excursions can be booked steps away from the property at the beach,(fishing,snorkeling,glass bottom boat,explore,xel-ha,xcaret,tulum,chichenitza cenote tours they will arrange for pick up at the property) situated between 2 very large resorts (excellence & dreams riviera) security presence from the resorts. 20 mins from cancun or 30 mins from playa del carmen. car rental is recommended.10 mins drive to town or 20/30 mins beach walk.indoor/outdoor living area when the expansive glass sliding doors are fully opened, disappearing into the wall.
One can relax in the spacious living room or stay outdoors lounging on the patio or grilling up lunch on the BBQ. Internet, wifi, satt tv, washer dryer . Third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. Matrimonial on the bottom and singles on the top.
Villa Sole is located in the prime area of Puerto Morelos, the town square, which is the hub of activity, events, shops, and eateries. The small authentic Mexican fishing village is place to meet people with open arms and to enjoy all the culture and activities that this beautiful village has to offer. Once you have experienced this quaint village you will never forget it.
The gardens are vibrant and beautiful, with many colorful birds who sing throughout the day and a little humming bird comes by at 4:00 every afternoon.
It is the ocean breeze, the sun and the ambiance that takes you away to complete the most satisfying stay and a holiday you will never forget.

It is relaxing, calming and child friendly. There is so much to do and so much to see and you don't have to go far to be adventurous, the snorkeling is amazing, the under water world is a stunning sight to see and it is right there in our front yard for you to try at your own leisure.
Our villas are a unique boutique of a complex because of the proximity to the beach. There are not many around if any that are located so close.
The sand is beautiful the ocean is stunning and the walks any direction with all it sites to see are breath taking. If you walk towards Puerto Morelos watch for the beach bars, they are also kid friendly with a great menu.
In Puerto Morelos walk the square take in the shops and sit for a cold drink and if you have children they can play in the park located right in the centre of PM so they can go off to play and you can watch and enjoy from where you are sitting. Also there is a booth set up by market for all excursions try to barter a better price, there is also a set up on the beach for excursions.
There will be ladies walking the beach with mannequins for hair braids, way cheaper than in town and they will do this right in your chair. There is also a massage studio from stairs at Villa beach front on right hand side, behind them is a little restaurant, comes in pretty handy for a quick lunch.
The food is amazing fresh produce is not like home, soo much better with flavors, the fish market is my most favorite place for the catch of the day, or tuna steak, shrimp, scallops and or steak. BBQing at its best. There are many restaurants to quench any one of your tastes, PM is THE best at many Venues. Just look at the menus out front and there will be many specials and HAPPY HOUR!!!
I love Puerto Morelos, what it has to offer and the people who make a difference, it is small but it has the BIGGEST heart of a town and has so much too offer with its kind, friendly surroundings and I hope you love it as much as we do.
Puerto Morelos is a small fishing village, you will see many boats on the ocean from sun up to sun down, this is where you will see the catch of the day on the menu.
Our house has become a home and It is very spacious and a open concept, it is safe and clean and has everything and more for your needs to have a enjoyable holiday. I wish you much sun, sand, happiness and may your memories be cherished!!!

Also have a pack and play pen for small children.

CHILD FRIENDLY!!! Our home accommodates to my children when we first moved in he was 1 years old and she 4 we picked this back location for many reasons. To have minutes to get to my children if they got out of villa and started heading towards the water. Kid friendly.. there are stairs and different levels like any home if the floor gets wet it will be slippery. We picked this home for the tranquil peacefulness to watch my children play on the grass in the green space for them to watch all the birds of many colours, they have fun with adventures to find different creatures and the geckos are their most favorite. People ask many times if it is beach front... we are a 7 villa complex we are not Ocean front.. we are Beach Front villas, we sit closer than all hotels and pay higher taxes to be on beach front and the reason we chose our location as it is a hidden jewel ...a lot of people don't know about. Our villa has never disappointed anyone, the pictures don't do it justice is the comments that I normally get, I probably get more bookings if I up dated.... but the madness to my reasoning is...when guests come they are blown away with what they chose for their vacation and what a awesome surprise for our guests to see what they chose to rent and are very excited to have made their choice with us. The house is stunning the land is amazing and the ocean and pool are heaven. I cant show everything on pictures I am limited but rest asure you will not be disappointed.

What can we say?
This is one of the most beautiful villas we have ever stayed in.
The whole floor downstairs and upstairs is marble...it reminded us of beautiful Italian Palazzos. Amazing.
The three bedroomed villa is so spacious, beautifully furnished, tastefully decorated and so comfortable.
You walk through the front door and the size of the villa takes your breath away.
There are two televisions, one in the lounge area and another wall mounted in the other lounge area.
The owners have installed a sound system that will blow your minds. It is incredible.
The new kitchen is a dream and has everything.... utensils, pans, crockery and glasses ....everything.
Andrea and Chris the owners, had on our arrival, bread, butter, jam fruit and a bottle of wine ....how kind is that and after travelling from the UK the last thing we wanted to do was go out shopping?
This couple have thought of absolutely everything to make our stay happy and content.
There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
The bedroom we used (master) has an enormous bed and so comfortable you never want to get out of it!!
The double fronted property has two enormous patios with rattan chairs, tables and a sofa.
Every morning we would sit out to have our breakfast and watch the golden globe of the sun rise over the sea.
The pool area has brand new sunloungers and the pool itself is superb.
To sit out and watch the world go by or to just read was such a pleasure.
There are seven villas in the complex.
The gardens that surround the villas are glorious and attracts hummingbirds and birds of every colour you can think of.
Too much sun? There is a huge covered area with sun loungers too.
Pilar is the Property Manager and is charming. She was so helpful and kind and is a fountain of knowledge about the area.
Jorge looks after the villas and he too is such a lovely kind man.
For these two nothing was too much trouble.
Walk into town along the beach or on the peaceful road that runs parallel to the beach.
The Mayan people of Puerto Morelos are the most beautiful of people.
Always smiling, kind, patient and gentle.
We as total strangers were always greeted when passed on the road and we of course reciprocated.
We are planning next year's holiday right now.
