Located on Okaloosa Island, this third level unit is on the top floor of a quiet complex that sits directly on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful beach is our backyard! You just can’t get any closer to the beach! As a smaller condominium complex with 27 units, the beach is much less crowded and we have our own private boardwalk. The unobstructed panoramic view of the sparkling emerald waters and the beach from our living room and balcony is spectacular! The brilliant colors of the sunrise and sunsets are captivating. The moonlit nights also display their own glistening beauty across the waters. The spacious living room with two sets of sliding glass doors that open to the balcony overlooking the beach, includes a nice comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with many extras for those choosing to eat in. The dining table seats four and we have the bar with bar stools. There is a washer/dryer in the unit for guests convenience. The bedroom has a brand new bedroom set with a king size bed and a new comfortable top notch Sealy mattress set. Off the bedroom is a private half bath. The full bath is beautifully updated and located off of the hall. We have nice linens and towels, and our housekeeping service will have our non smoking condo clean and prepared especially for you! There is a reserved parking place for our guest, as well as self check in/keyless entry for your convenience. Our outdoor pool is equipped with bathrooms, lounge chairs, a grilling area, and picnic tables, located in front of our condo. The back of our condo faces the beach, and from the balcony is the gorgeous beach view. The beach service we provide for our guest includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella, set up daily from Mar 1 through Oct 31. We have two beach chairs in the bedroom closet for our guest as well. Kayak/paddle board rentals are also available during this time. Please remember to bring your own beach towels!

Our condo is a non smoking property. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony.
Due to our outdoor stair entrance into the condo, we are not wheelchair accessible. Our complex does not have an elevator.

Beach life fun is all around us! Okaloosa Island has everything you need for a relaxing fun filled vacation. Dolphin shows at the Gulfarium, a walk on the boardwalk, or fishing off the pier are five minutes away. Golf, mini golf, water sports, parasailing, jet ski rental, dolphin cruises, etc., are all close by. Outlet shops at Silver Sands are just a short drive, and antique shops in downtown Fort Walton are there for leisure shopping. We are away from the traffic and crowds of busy Destin, but only 6 easy miles from all the activity Destin has to offer as well. Many delicious local seafood and steak restaurants are available.
