Les Petites Canailles is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to this apartment, its operation and hand over the keys.

Other remarks :
- Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed is made up on arrival.
- To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
- To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
- To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
- Unfortunately, we cannot give you access to the property unless you sign a formal contract.
- This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms.

Area and transport
Les Petites Canailles is located in the Gare district, a 5-minute walk from the Jardin des Plantes.
It's well served by public transport, with streetcar line 1 just 2 minutes away (Manufacture stop). Thanks to this line, you're only two stops from our famous Château des Ducs de Bretagne, and three from the lively Place du Bouffay, a historic district. In just 15 minutes, you'll be in and out of the heart of Nantes.
For the airport, take the dedicated shuttle from the train station or Commerce (approx. 20 min journey).
Finally, another option for getting around town: self-service bicycles known as "bicloos". You can pick up your bike at the Manufacture stop (2 min walk).
