Great family getaway…

The property was great; Palmetto Bluff is a wonderful community. I can’t say enough about Jeff, Shannon and Caitlin - they were super responsive every step of the way. Would not hesitate to book with them again.

Cute cottage in a great location

The house is just what you see online. Well appointed and clean. High quality amenities. Communication with booking services was great. LOVED that the backyard is fenced in! Perfect size for a family or two couples. Note that you cannot park right outside the house, you’ll need to walk all your stuff to the house.

An Absolute Dream!!

We stayed at this house (family of five with three kids ages 8-11) for three nights and it was absolutely THE BEST! We traveled through Savannah and Charleston as well on our trip and the kids keep raving about Palmetto Bluff above all else. It was worth every penny. The house: beautiful, spacious, clean, well appointed, luxurious, and perfectly located. Palmetto Bluff: picturesque low country abounds. We had the gold carts and rented bikes in Wilson Village. It made it so fun for the kids. You can’t do everything at the montage but it didn’t matter - we still played tennis, pickle ball, fished, went shrimping, ate mar delicious restaurants, and enjoyed the canoe club pool. The kids loved exploring! We’d do this part of our trip over, in this house, every single time.

House was as described

Your have a nice rental, however, it would be helpful to explain how to use the TV. My biggest issue with the house was the infestation of cockroaches. I spoke to the property manager about it. They were everywhere. We found the in the kitchen, living room and bedroom. They were on the sofa. We are from a state where this is not normal. It made us uncomfortable feeling like bugs were crawling on us when we sat in the living room

We're sorry that you felt your stay did not meet your expectations and we appreciate you letting us know. Your call was quite a surprise to us. In all the years of renting this property, we have never had a guest mention a bug infestation to us - including the previous guest who was in the home just days prior to your stay. This home is professionally cleaned after each guest, has routine professional pest control and is inspected by our property manager before every new guest arrives. This protocol is standard for all of our properties. When you noticed the bug in the kitchen, we immediately addressed your concern by having an agent come by to inspect the property. While he did not notice any bugs, he did spray some areas just as a precaution. As you noted in your review, you may not be familiar with Palmetto Bugs that are local to the Lowcountry landscape. From time to time, and especially in the colder months, it’s not unheard of that they may sneak into homes - perhaps from a door slightly ajar or underneath the entryway to the screened porch. Nonetheless, we take your concern seriously and are sorry for your discomfort. As for the TV, the home is equipped with a universal Harmony remote that allows for easy access to local cable channels, as well as Smart TV Apps like Netflix and Hulu. Detailed instructions are included in every Welcome Email. We’re just sorry that you didn’t alert us to this challenge, as we would have gladly come by to show you how to use the remote control with ease. We hope that you appreciated our responsiveness to your concern, as well as our ability to service your other needs, such as rescheduling your golf tee times multiple times. While nobody can control Mother Nature, we are happy to do all we can to ensure our guests have a wonderful stay! Wonderful Stay in Palmetto Bluff

Our family enjoyed a wonderful time over the Thanksgiving holiday at this home. It's a great location and meticulously maintained. Great backyard and front and back porches for relaxing. We enjoyed bike riding and fishing and exploring Palmetto Bluff. Great communication and help by the property owner and concierge. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at 22 Westerwald. The location was perfect! Our boys loved riding their bikes around the neighborhood. There were great books and games for everyone to enjoy, particularly our boys. The bunk room was perfect. We loved the front porch and screened in back porch and spent the majority of our time in those two spots. The house was comfortable and well equipped. Oh and the golf cart— we loved it! We’ve stayed on Palmetto Bluff numerous times but that was our first time with a golf cart. I highly recommend it!!! Great house! Great host!

Short but perfect stay

The location of this property cannot be beaten. RT Market was within literally a few steps and we walked to Montage resort for dinners and Cocktails. House was very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed. Property manager was readily reachable by phone and the concierge team helped getting restaurant reservations and booked tee times. Nice touch, although we tidied up before leaving, not having to take linen off the beds or run the dishwasher before departure adds so much to comfortable stay. Couple of minor pointers, I wish there were instructions for TV and coffee machine as it took a little time for us to figure out. Highly recommend this property!

Lovely stay

Our family enjoyed our stay. The location is fabulous. We enjoyed use of the golf cart as well. The porch and screened in patio were lovely places to gather and the home is very well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal for your family.
