Wonderful Stay at a Beautiful Property
The house was well-appointed, clean and comfortable. The hosts were responsive to our questions. We greatly enjoyed our stay here with our family and dogs. The location is excellent and the backyard was a nice sanctuary for us. We highly recommend this property.

Amazing Family Trip
We spent 5 nights with our 2 kids (5 and 18 months). This home is special. The highest compliment that I could give would be that on more than one occasion my wife and I looked at eachother and said it felt like we were in our own home. That’s how easily we slipped into a rhythm at this gorgeous property. Trust me, the pictures do it justice but the vibe of this home is just off the charts. You couldn’t ask for a better location and the backyard was perfection. We built fires every night, took the golf cart to the market to pick up coffees in the morning, and wine/s’mores in the evening. And on that note, be sure to rent the golf cart, it just made the trip! Management was phenomenal from booking to arrival. Will come back again and again.

We had the best week staying at this wonderful property in Palmetto Bluff! We have visited many times and stayed in many different places - this home was the very best! Check-in was easy, the house was so comfortable and clean. Everything was nothing short of wonderful! We hated to leave but will definitely be back!

House was beautiful, exactly as pictured. Great location just a bike ride away from everything. Hot tub, screened porch and outdoor fireplace were nice features. We enjoyed our stay. Only downside was we had to rent bikes because there were only two at the house and both had flat tires. Also wished we could have used the golf cart.

A Perfect Place
The house is in a great location and in pristine condition. It was equipped with everything needed. The porch and backyard are great places to hang out especially with an outdoor fireplace and hot tub! The 2 bikes are a nice amenity. Jeff Schreider, property manager, was very easy to work with! We also enjoy coming to Palmetto Bluff and would not hesitate to come back to 1 Rumford.

The house is beautiful and has all the amenities. Top end appliances, glorious bath and bedding, furniture and decor. They thought of everything. What's especially nice about the property is the large backyard (not all homes have large outside spaces) with a fabulous wood burning chimney and one of the best heated whirlpools spas we've been in (and I am normally not a fan). Screened in porch with Wolf grill was great as well. House comes with two bikes which we used a lot.
RT's Market had everything we needed for breakfast (get the breakfast burrito) and lunch. Food at the restaurants was outstanding, especially Canoe Club (get the oysters).
What makes renting a home here so worth it is the use of the Montage facilities which are top notch. And the grounds are just so lovely.
