Cozy Oasis In The Highlands with Pool

Unit is in the basement of a duplex with kitchen, incl. a convection/microwave, sink, under-counter refrigerator. Bed nook has a comfortable queen, 14 in gel mattress. Private entrance from the backyard. The property is located in the Highlands of Louisville, 2 blocks from the Bardstown Road shops and restaurants, 2 blocks from our beautiful Cherokee Park and 2.8 miles from Downtown Louisville. Pool is available to all visitors and opens mid-April 2020. Owner lives on second floor of building.

Six week Stay

I had a wonderful time staying here. The kitchen was well-equipped in the space well utilized. Judi was responsive to anything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again!

My daughter, Jessie, stayed in the basement unit during her summer internship. It was the perfect space with everything she needed and Judi was an exceptional, accommodating host. The pool and outdoor area is beautiful with all the greenery and amenities. The location with Cherokee Park and restaurants so close was also a bonus! Highly recommend this place!

Short term stay in the Highlands

Cute, cozy, and safe place for a 3 month stay. Great location in the Highlands with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Judi responds quickly to any concerns and had the place set up perfectly for my short term stay. Not ideal for a night shifter sleeping during the day just due to living underneath others but that was my mistake! I still thoroughly enjoyed this place. The pool will be an amazing plus for a stay over the summer!
