One Bedroom Ocean view Deluxe Luana Kai A201

A201 is a deluxe one bedroom, one bathroom condo with AC. A201 is a corner unit with added windows right next to the pool area.  The kitchen and bathroom are remodeled with granite counters. There is a shower only in the bathroom.  There is a clothes washer/dryer in the condo so you can pack light. This gorgeous unit is elegantly decorated. Enjoy dining on the lanai while watching spectacular sunsets or a rousing game of pickleball.  The lanai looks out over the large park and ocean with a panoramic view from the West Maui Mountains to Ko’oholawe. 

Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills.  Tennis & pickleball courts.
FREE parking
A201 is on 2nd floor, NO elevators so you walk up 2 flights of stairs.


Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

Would stay again

Pros: clean, great view, good cross breeze, laundry in unit, easy access to beach, parking Considerations: our unit was beach facing, and there was pretty constant pickle ball sounds. Didn’t bother us, but if looking for quiet may be good to know.

Honeymoon Dream

We came to Maui on our honeymoon and this property was just perfect!! We absolutely loved it. It was a short 2 minute walk to the beach where we saw SO many sea turtles. It was a breathtaking and wonderful start to our marriage. :) We’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Fun stay at great location

First the good, great location and property. Very Polynesian look and feel which was refreshing. The condo is well equipped with new appliances and everything you could possibly need to cook and entertain. Nice washer and dryer. Nice location right next to pool with view of pool chairs and grills, walk out to very nice high end grills. Pool was super clean and warm. Plenty of chairs spaced for covid. Everyone wears masks and people are all super friendly. Bed was very comfy with nice linens. Nice bathroom and shower. The A/C is extra but i never needed it as there is a breeze every day. Huge lanai with bar hight table and chaise lounge. Panoramic ocean views, you can see all the way from Mallea bay to Makena and everywhere in between. Perfect sunset view every night. Now the not so good. You hear neighbors and people at pool pretty loudly. Also there is a tennis court out front and there is pickle ball starting at 7am everyday. Very annoying popping sound all morning. If you close all windows it's not so loud but I wanted to enjoy the breeze. Not a deal breaker and not the property owners fault at all was just a bit annoying in the mornings. They are done playing pickle ball by 10 though. Overall I would stay here again, great value, clean and amazing view!

Perfect stay, perfect view and perfect location.

The property/unit we stayed in was perfect in all sense. Great location, excellent views, smooth check-in (late check-in was smooth too), great management. We also have a beach just a few steps away. Unit had everything including beach chairs (2 out of 3 in working condition), washer/dryer, iron, iron-board etc. We needed extra bedsheet and soap which management provided promptly. Please bring your pump hand soap and laundry detergent if you want to use them. Grocery store is very close to the property so you can buy some required stuff from there. Master room has a King size comfy bed and livingroom has a pull out queen size bed. Our 3 year old also enjoyed a lot. TV had Netflix and some other apps which comes handy with kids. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We felt like home. A/C charges are extra but we never needed it since we were getting fresh ocean breeze and with the stand fan and ceiling fan it made the room temperature perfect for us. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Maui. Thank you so much Luana Kai Team. Regards,

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight.

I am happy to say most of my employees have been here for 10 plus years. We are on site in the front office and can take care of you. We are a happy bunch and look forward to welcoming you to our Luana Kai home.
