Welcome to your home away from home in Seattle. The best spots in the city are in walking distance. Pike Place Market, the waterfront, downtown shopping, Paramount Theater and the city's top bars and restaurants are within a 15 minute walk. Convenient access to the stadiums, the Space Needle, International District (Chinatown), and UW. Located right next to the Seattle Convention Center.

This condo is also walkable to many hospitals in First Hill like Swedish, Harborview, and Kindred.

The unit is a cozy 1BD with a queen-sized memory foam mattress & pillows in the bedroom, and a queen-sized pull out bed in the living room. Enjoy movies and shows from the 55'' flat screen TV, with cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime video access and fast wi-fi. The kitchen is fully stocked with the dishes, utensils, pots & pans, and spices to make a homemade meal. Every little detail has been thought through to give you the most comfortable stay.

Enjoy expansive views of downtown from the rooftop deck. The building is secured.

We had a lovely stay in this quiet, comfortable one bedroom condo. It's very close to the Convention Center and a short walk from Capitol Hill. Good bus and train connections nearby allowed us not to have a car. We were only in town for three nights, so we didn't really cook much. But the kitchen seemed well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent. We would stay here again if we were to be in Seattle.

This apartment holds a special place in my heart—it was my very first home in Seattle. I lived here in my 20s when I was single (those were the days!). Why they chose this property

We are on the border of downtown Seattle and Capital Hill, exciting neighborhoods and home to plenty trendy coffee shops, unique restaurants, and bars. We are walkable to many of Seattle's attractions (Pike Place, the waterfront, Seattle Convention Center, Paramount Theater, downtown shopping) with easy access to Seattle Center (home of Climate Change arena, the Space Needle, monorail, fun museums) and stadiums (T-Mobile Park, Lumen Field).

We are in a comfortable, cozy spot smack in the middle of everything Seattle has to offer.
