Welcome to your home away from home in Seattle. The best spots in the city are in walking distance. Pike Place Market, the waterfront, downtown shopping, Paramount Theater and the city's top bars and restaurants are within a 15 minute walk. Convenient access to the stadiums, the Space Needle, International District (Chinatown), and UW. Located right next to the Seattle Convention Center.

This condo is also walkable to many hospitals in First Hill like Swedish, Harborview, and Kindred.

The unit is a cozy 1BD with a queen-sized memory foam mattress & pillows in the bedroom, and a queen-sized pull out bed in the living room. Enjoy movies and shows from the 55'' flat screen TV, with cable, Netflix and Amazon Prime video access and fast wi-fi. The kitchen is fully stocked with the dishes, utensils, pots & pans, and spices to make a homemade meal. Every little detail has been thought through to give you the most comfortable stay.

Enjoy expansive views of downtown from the rooftop deck. The building is secured.

100/10 stay. Best stay in Seattle! I lost my keys and they were responsive and helped very quickly to get us back in. I will never stay anywhere else but there when visiting. Amazing.

We had a lovely stay in this quiet, comfortable one bedroom condo. It's very close to the Convention Center and a short walk from Capitol Hill. Good bus and train connections nearby allowed us not to have a car. We were only in town for three nights, so we didn't really cook much. But the kitchen seemed well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Communication with owner was excellent. We would stay here again if we were to be in Seattle.

The place was nice, convenient, well stocked. Unfortunately there was a leak behind the bathroom wall that I reported. The plumbers came on Monday. I was asked to be there to let them in. They never entered the condo. The water was shut off to the bathroom at some point. I discovered it when I went to use the facilities. No one informed me of this. I reached out to owners and management. No immediate response. I felt stuck so ended up going to a hotel for the night. Owner contacted me afterwards. I asked for a refund of one night. I was offered 170. I asked for 200. One night there was around 250 and the hotel was 290. The communication stopped. I was quite disappointed for o believed the owners were genuine in trying to resolve the issue. Apparently not.

Thanks for your review. For the record, I refunded this guest the equivalent of the cancelled night’s rate after he already submitted this review. The delay was due to waiting for VRBO support’s response in calculating the cancelled rate, which was communicated to the guest. For context, there was a leak from an upper unit and building management implemented an emergency water shut off to prevent further damage. It has since been resolved and the apartment is as good as new.

This apartment holds a special place in my heart—it was my very first home in Seattle. I lived here in my 20s when I was single (those were the days!). We are on the border of downtown Seattle and Capital Hill, exciting neighborhoods and home to plenty trendy coffee shops, unique restaurants, and bars. We are walkable to many of Seattle's attractions (Pike Place, the waterfront, Seattle Convention Center, Paramount Theater, downtown shopping) with easy access to Seattle Center (home of Climate Change arena, the Space Needle, monorail, fun museums) and stadiums (T-Mobile Park, Lumen Field).
