Welcome to our newly setup house in SE Portland, only 5 mins walking distance to MAX station. The house is located on a dead end street with private front yard, and fenced backyard. The house is ideal for your stay in Portland no matter you are traveling with families, friends, or colleagues. The total of 4 bedrooms and 7 beds will give each of you enough space to spread out but also able to keep as a group. Right off the major road, only 15 mins drive to downtown Portland.
The space Hello! We have a bright, tasteful decorated modern home in SE Portland area. The space is loaded with windows which lets in a lot of natural light. There are total of four bedrooms located in the house, with 3 queen-sized beds, 1 full size and 1 twin size. All of the beds are equipped with comfortable mattresses and beddings. There are 2 additional sofa beds that could comfortably sleep in as well. There's is a 2-car garage, air conditioned and heating, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit. My favorite thing about this house is that there's a 6-mile walking trail next to the house, you can walk or bike along the trail and it goes all the way to the Willamette River bay front. The house also located right next to the MAX station, makes your transportation really easy.

It was a peaceful stay, with plenty of room to relax and unwind. The neighborhood was perfect for a lazy stroll down to the river. Lots of restaurants and food nearby, and it is an easy drive into Portland. We will definitely stay here again.
The property worked out great for our extended family visit to Portland. We had six adults and two children (ages 3 & 1.5 years old), and the house was able to accommodate all of us.
We were in Portland for a family funeral and chose to stay together in one location. This house was just great for our needs as an extended family group with the capacity to sleep up to 11. We were able to gather with additional family during the days to relax, catch up and renew family bonds there.
We had a great experience! The house was very comfortable. The owner was helpful and responsive to any questions we had. There was plenty of kitchen equipment. The play structure in the front yard was enjoyed by our grandkids (ages 2 and 4). The furniture in the backyard was great for relaxing in the evening. We really enjoyed our stay.

We thought everything was okay…
We stayed at this property and it was a modest home. It was furnished with IKEA furniture. The living had two IKEA futons for couches. The first full day three of us sat down on one of the futons and the back collapsed. It laid flat and we couldn’t get it to go back to the seated position. We contacted the host, they suggested how to fix it and offered to come and look at it. We told them how it was obviously broken before we arrived, that the legs were missing screws and that it wasn’t safe to sit on. They replaced it and we though everything was okay. When we got home we got an email from the insurance company-we bought the travel insurance- saying they filed a claim for $752. IT IS A $250 FUTON AND THEY FILE A CLAIM FOR $750. I contacted insurance company and they said we’d have a chance to tell our side. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I won’t stay at this host’s properties again. It feels like he gamed the system to make a buck off the insurance we paid for.

Hello Leslie, first of all the sofa was fine upon your checking in. You had three people sat on it and ended up snapping the metal mechanism. We respond to the situation fast and brought you a temporary couch so your group have a place to sit. The insurance is there if anything is damaged during the stay, in this case your group did break the sofa and we filed the claim hence. I understand you may feel the sofa is not worth $750, though it is not fair to say it is not a $750 sofa cause I can provide evidence to show that is how much it costs. Sorry you felt that way, but there’s no game here we are just having insurance pay for the item you damaged.
The house was great for us it gave us enough rooms as well as a living room, dining room, and kitchen that we could all hang out in and talk. It was an easy drive to Portland and close to any shopping we needed. We would definitely stay here again!!
The house is accurate to the listing. It’s close to a park which is good if you are traveling with children. The backyard is also very spacious and has an orange tree in the back which my children were very happy to see. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. For us the location was great because it was close to other family meme bets that live near the area. So it was fairly easy for us to meet up with them for lunch etc. we would definitely stay here again and recommend it.
