Stunning Remodeled 5-BR Craftsman. 4x King Beds + 2x Twin XL! With AC & Laundry

Steps to food trucks, restaurants, and bars. Quick 10 min. drive to trendy Division or Hawthorne areas and 15 min. to downtown.

Spend time with family and friends in this huge remodeled Craftsman — not a generic vacation home! King beds in 4 of the bedrooms with Twin XL beds in the fifth. Each bedroom showcases what makes Portland unique: stunning roses, 12 iconic bridges, nearby forests, bicycle-focused transportation, and the comedy show Portlandia.

Whether you’re keen to immerse yourself in everything Portland has to offer, explore the Cascade Mountains or wine country, or unplug and have a quiet vacation with friends and family, this is the home you for.

Lots of space for your group! Two living rooms plus a dining room that will seat 10. Enjoy a conversation with friends and family in one space, play a game from the stocked game cabinet in another, or watch something on the huge 65” Smart TV. Log into your streaming accounts (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc.) or cast from your device to the TV with Chromecast or Apple AirPlay. One of the bedrooms has a second TV in case your group can’t agree on what to watch or you want to keep the kids occupied on their own.

Need to catch up on work while you’re away? 4 of the 5 bedrooms have desks to help you focus and get through your tasks efficiently. If you want to be near your friends and family while you work, spread out on the huge dining room table, or get cozy on one of the multiple sofas with your laptop. Fast fiber internet gives you the bandwidth to finish work quickly so you can get back to enjoying the trip.

No detail has been overlooked, key amenities include:
• Top-rated mattresses, soft 100% cotton high-thread count sheets, plus both foam and regular pillows. 4 bedrooms have king beds and 1 bedroom has 2 twin XL (long enough for adults).
• Fully outfitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, dishes, wine glasses, pots, pans, bakeware, serving dishes, toaster, blender and even more small appliances — everything you need to make a snack or gourmet meal if you’re cooking in. Enough for your full group, not the typical mismatched vacation rental items.
• Beverage station with coffee, black+herbal tea, sugar, and creamer, plus a drip coffee maker, milk frother, French press, and water boiler.
• Quiet, high-end washer and dryer on the main floor with detergent provided
• Speedy fiber internet with 4 separate work spaces
• Free street parking

Please note: there is an exterior doorbell camera and two exterior street-facing cameras. Noise/party monitoring hardware is installed but it is incapable or recording or listening.

Stayed at Peter’s place for the weekend of Reed’s graduation and it was great. Fairly close to campus and the place is really great and comfortable. Has everything you’d need for sure including a great design aesthetic - will stay again for sure as my son is living in Portland post graduation.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better home for our family gathering. The house was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the foundational needs. One of the biggest highlights was how well the space accommodated our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and spend time together, while still having comfortable spaces for conversation, meals, and family activities. The kitchen was a great space to cook while host and chat with family. The location was also fantastic—convenient to everything we needed while still feeling like a welcoming home base. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the entire process, and check-in and check-out were seamless. We chose this property for a special family reunion, and it exceeded our expectations. The memories we made here will be treasured for years to come. We would happily stay again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place to gather.

Incredible experience! The house was amazing, and exactly what we needed for our stay. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of consumables available for our stay (toilet paper, detergent, soap, etc.). The host was incredible and very responsive, helping us add another day to our stay and providing recommendations. Within walking distance to great (host recommended) coffee, which was a big plus for us. Very clean house, thoughtful touches throughout. Portland airport is 15 min away, which was another big plus for us. I would highly recommend this property for anyone staying in the area!

Five-star-plus! This home is beautiful and immaculate! I have never stayed in a cleaner rental. The decor is Oregon-inspired, warm and tasteful. I rented more space than we needed; for a larger group, this is perfect! There are nice indoor and outdoor gathering spaces, a large dining table and plenty of work space in the large, well-stocked kitchen. The beds, bedding and pillows are comfortable. The towels are of good quality. The washer/dryer set is modern and sparkles like new. We felt comfortable taking evening walks around the neighborhood. Parking was easy. The owner was thoughtful in providing an easy-to-remember access code. The owner was responsive to communication, and provided thorough property information via email and an app! Highly recommend!

Portland family stay

This house gave my family plenty of room to have those family moments together that a trip is all about. It was very neat and clean, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable. Peter was great to communicate with. We found a great place to eat not far from the house, The Observatory. Highly recommend.

Great spacious house

We were 6 adults and 3 children under 4 staying for 4 nights. The house was spic and span and well equipped. We did not do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen would have worked for that too. The best part was the way we could spread out in multiple areas. I can highly recommend this place!

We had a terrific stay, and the house was even prettier than it appeared in the app. Beautifully appointed -- tasteful themes define the five bedrooms, lovely woodwork throughout, multiple gathering spaces, and a kitchen furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Large House in SE Portland

This place is awesome! Perfect for 4 couples plus 1 extra bedroom with 2 twin beds. So many pluses: 4 king beds! Kitchen with everything we needed to cook meals for our large group. Washer/Dryer for a few loads of laundry. We were 2 family groups with adult children and their partners. Peter was great at communicating! Parking was available on the street of the quiet neighborhood. The property is close enough to walk to a few places to eat and Assembly Brewing. There are probably better grocery stores than WinCo, but that was close. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay!

A wonderful house!

This house was perfect for our family gathering. We were all adults, and really enjoyed the 5 bedrooms, many with King beds. Having 2 bedrooms on the main level really helped with those who have problems on the stairs. The dining table for 10 was a huge plus. And the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glassware, serving items and cookware. The decor was wonderful. Very tasteful and we loved the big bedrooms with lots of hangers. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were luxurious. For grocery shopping, do go to Fred Meyer. They have everything and there is a Trader Joe's right near Fred Meyer. We enjoyed cooking many meals here. Most of our activities took place across the river, but it was an easy drive to the Sellwood Bridge. Peter, the owner, was always responsive to my questions and made our stay very easy. You will not be disappointed if you decide on this amazing house.

Overall a great property. Host provided all necessary information. No need to communicate with him further. Check out was extremely simple. Best check out we’ve had in many stays. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of linens. Even provided chocolates as a pillow topper. No tv in living room or bedrooms. Only 1 in upstairs sitting area. And tiny tv in double bedroom. Furniture was comfortable. Beds were soft. Multiple types of pillows provided. Had very little control over the A/C setting. Every time we would lower the temp, it would reset itself to 70F. Seems to be only one unit for the whole house. The days we stayed it was really hot and humid; so it was difficult to cool down the house. The outdoor space was limited, consisting of a small patio with a bench. Street parking was not an issue. House sleeps 10 but 10 people in this house would be really tight. This home is located in an Asian community. Mostly Asian grocery stores nearby. Must travel several miles to get other food and grocery options. Quiet neighborhood. Overall, I would stay here again.

Very clean and nicely decorated property

The house suited our group of 4 adults and 3 children wonderfully, while we were in Portland for almost two weeks for a wedding. It is very clean, comfortable beds and pillows and had numerous little extras that helped like shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. I was expecting to have to go out and buy pillows----but no need too! They were very comfortable. Great place and owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with.
