On the 2nd floor (spiral/steep staircase) a children's area (TV), a bedroom (140X190cm bed).
A garden with large wooden terraces: one in front on the North West side with high table under pergola and gas plancha, a terrace on the South East side with garden furniture... Free parking in front of the house (very residential area).
