This condo offers a master bedroom suite with a king bed and large ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has queen bed and a twin loft bed above the queen. A queen-size sofa bed in the living room allows space for up to 7 guests. Relax in front of the gas fireplace and enjoy pristine views from the private balcony.

The gourmet kitchen has everything you need including a full-sized refrigerator & freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, and a dining table for 6. Please note that this condo does not have air conditioning.The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa at Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky.Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals, 24 hour front desk, and complimentary coffee and tea in the
lobby.The Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limits of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season.Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
