We purchased this property because when I want to go skiing, I don't want want to walk far in ski boots. In this unit (303) you literally go down the elevator, out the door and walk 30 yards to the lift. You are skiing in minutes. Four O'Clock lift is also not jammed with people and rarely has a lift line at all!
