Bath towels are not to be used at the pool or beach.
Do not leave doors/windows open with the AC on. Excessive AC usage with result in a partial deposit loss.
Do not take any inside furniture outside the unit.

We had an amazing stay at your beach condo. Our family had the best time-the weather was ideal, the pool and beach were perfect for swimming, and we enjoyed our peaceful walks along the shore finding shells. Having dinner on the patio watching the sunsets together each evening made the trip feel truly special.We also had an unexpected surprise of seeing the Blue Angels fly over and dolphins swimming. It was truly a memorable trip.

This unit is great! Clean, updated, nicely decorated and a perfect location. The close access to the gulf and the sound was nice. We enjoyed the pool as well. We had a great week staying here with our 3 children and are looking forward to coming back in the future. David was a great host and very responsive with communication. He was flexible and helpful with the booking process and he answered all our questions quickly when needed. He checked in with us via the VRBO messenger throughout our stay as well. Can't wait to go back.

My family have a wonderful time at this property. The unit was so nicely decorated and incredibly clean - my wife is big on clean floors and furniture and it seemed practically brand new.The pool being 15 yards from the back porch was incredible. Our kids were able to go from pool to back beach all day while we relaxed. The storage closet underneath in the car port was handy for our travel cube too. This was hands down our favorite rental of the past 5 years. We’ve stayed at really nice properties all over the panhandle of FL and we agreed that this is the place we liked the most. Also the owner was a breeze to work with. He was incredibly responsive and accommodating of a few special requests we had, and made sure to check in throughout the week that everything was going well. Will absolutely look to rent from him again!

We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was VERY clean! The pool was great, you’re right there on the bay with a “beach” area which is great for littles (no big waves) and the beach is just across the road. No other units between you and the beach, just a few steps away. Also has a lifeguard station right down from there on the beach side. The bay is good for night fishing too. My two, ten and seventeen year old all had a blast, as well as us parents!! Will stay again!! Also, there is a trolley you can take to most all the restaurants. David the host was very attentive.

Why they chose this property

This complex only has 32 units on a large piece of land. Many owners do not rent making the complex feel very open. The complex has a tennis/pickleball court and a brand new heated pool/spa. The Sound has the perfect beach area for families with small kids.

What makes this property unique

This property is located at the end of the residential portion of the island before the entrance to Ft. Pickens, which it makes it ideal for a quieter beach. Located on the narrow part of the island with both the gulf and sound just a short walk. See the gulf from the front deck and the sound from the back deck with some amazing sunsets over the water in the summer from the back deck.
