**WELCOME TO LAKE ESCAPE**
Full basement renovations just completed!

Peaceful! Relaxing! Fun! Fishing! Swimming! Boating! Friends and family time! These are some of the many fun and exciting activities you can do.

Located at mile marker 5 in the NO WAKE Tin Man Cove in the Four Seasons area. Minutes away from golf courses, restaurants and shops. Large 5 bedroom/3 bath, vaulted ceilings and loft which is great for kids. Comfortable furniture, beds, memory foam mattresses, kitchen appliances (stainless steel dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator and beverage mini-fridge located in basement) dishes, towels, bed linens are all high quality and new. 3 flat screens with YouTube TV plus air hockey table! Our dining area seats 8 plus there are 3 bar stools. Also included is a 26 ft covered boat slip. Not only are the views incredible, but the swimming and dock side lounging is great as well. We provide a lily pad, paddle boat and paddle board for you to enjoy. Huge new deck is perfect for a gathering, dining and a great place for your morning cup of coffee. Also available is a Flat Iron Premier Gas Griddle for your outdoor cooking needs.

Boat and Jet Ski Rentals nearby. A public access boat ramp is located within 6 miles.

Our home features central air conditioning & heating, on-site washer and dryer with detergent provided plus free-WiFi. For liability and safety purposes we do have a security system with smoke and carbon monoxide being monitored as well as 3 exterior cameras.

Bedding: Our home has one (1) king bed, three (3) queen beds, two (2) twin beds (on a bunk bed system) and two (2) single beds plus a pull-out futon in the loft area. A pack 'n play is also available.

House Rules:

The amount of people that are booked for the reservation is the amount that can stay. If this rule is broken, you will be charged an additional $10/person per night and/or asked to leave. The booking guest must be present and cannot book for someone else.
Lilypad must stay at the dock and cannot be taken out for boating.
No jumping off dock into boat slip as there is a boat lift submerged.
Please do not take the white bathroom towels outside. There are pool towels in the basement for your use.
No glass on dock.
Anyone under the age of 12 must wear life jackets at the dock.
If you are bringing your own boat, please remember our cove is a no wake zone. Please give notice if you plan to bring a boat. Depending on size of boat you will be able to park on lift.
Do not use the fireplace.
Tap water is well water. Recommend stocking up on bottled water from the local store.
The house is on a septic tank. To prevent any disruption to your stay please do not flush anything but toilet paper down the toilet.
No smoking. You will lose your damage deposit.
No pets inside house or on the property. If rule is broken the full deposit will be taken and you may be asked to leave with no refund.
No parties. To be respectful to our neighbors, quiet hours start at 11 PM. This is a family friendly cove.

Lake time is always a great time. We would love to share our beautiful home with you and your friends and family. Please treat our home as you would yours.

Host was very thorough in her instructions for getting into the home and when leaving. We had one concern when first entering the home which the host addressed immediately. The lakefront location and the house suited our family needs very well. Appreciated their water amenities, too. Our family had a fun time this weekend, it just wasn't long enough! I would recommend this house to others.

Great house…awesome fishing!

Our stay was fantastic! The cove was calm and quiet with awesome fishing. Gas station and store were close by. Beds were very comfortable and the owner was very easy to communicate with!

Best lake house around!

This house was perfect. Plenty of space, parking was awesome, kitchen was well equipped. Can't wait to come back in June to use the dock for my boat and swimming and the ice machine!

Great location

This property is on a nice cove near the 4 mile marker on the lake in the Horseshoe Bend/Lodge of Four Seasons area. It sits pretty far back in the cove, away from the main channel, with a nice swimming area and a nice dock. The house is older but has been recently refurbished. We greatly enjoyed our stay there.

Family Visit

We had a wonderful long weekend at the lake. The house had everything we needed, and it is in a great location. The quiet cove was perfect for swimming and fishing. The kids had a blast playing on the lily pad. Only downside was we were not able to stay longer!

Great location

The house is located in a fantastic cove with deep calm water, ideal for fishing, paddle boarding and lounging on the lily pad. The kitchen is well stocked and the round table is perfect for playing games. The living room has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and watch favorite movies. The entire set-up made it easy for the family to have a wonderful time.

Awesome Lakefront Home

From the time we walked in this home was an awesome place to stay. It was so quiet, we were able to relax and enjoy our time to see family. The voew from the back deck is breath taking. The communicat with the host was excellent. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone who wishes to visit Lake of the Ozarks.

Great Lakehouse

Property is well taken care of and recently updated with new kitchen, bathrooms and flooring. We had five cars with plenty of room to park, the bedrooms and sleeping arrangements all worked out well. Loved the deck. We've been doing a lake trip for about 10 years and this is the first property where we want to stay again next year!

Perfect spot!

This time of year there isn’t much to do in the water, but the house has more to offer. Plenty of space inside as well as short drives to restaurants and other Ozarks attractions. We’ll be back in the summer to enjoy the swimmable dock in the cove and other fun things around. The house was very clean, beds are comfortable, and kids loved the bunk beds too. Plenty of space to be together or have some separate space as well. The deck was perfect for grilling and enjoying my morning coffee.

Quiet Cove at the Lake

Perfect quiet cove at the lake. House had all the necessary amenities for our large group. Wish the bedroom closets had some shelving for storage since the rooms were small. Beds were very comfy and living areas had plenty of room. Pantry cabinet had lots of leftover food which left little room to store any non perishable food. Would definitely rent again.

Family Fun!

The communication was outstanding and directions for everything was explicit. We have a large family, so we do a lot of research before booking a place. We had bedrooms that accommodate all needs as we have 6 children ranging from 17-31), plus, one grand child. The living room was as hoped; however, the basement is very small and the only seating is a table for 4. Overall, we really liked the place and spent every day in the lake in the quiet cove!

Quiet area

The location was good. The area was quiet and calm. Lots of beds and space for our group. I only have 2 minor complaints. The kitchen was dirty but the rest of the house was fine. Also, the ladder on the dock was not easy to use. It was hard for my mother in law to get in and out of the lake and the wires around the ladder are a major trip hazard. My daughter tripped but luckily only had minor injuries. There are also a couple of nails that need to be hammered back in. Be aware. Overall, a good stay we just won’t be back because of the ladder situation.

Wonderful getaway in a quiet cove

We just returned home from a quick getaway to the Lake of the Ozarks. Our rental home was spacious, completely updated, and had a lot of little touches that made it stand out from past rentals that I've stayed at. The kitchen appliances, dishes, pots, pans, etc were all new and easy to use. The linens on all of the beds were new and a high thread count. I especially loved all of the little "Lake House" touches in the decor around the home. The location of the rental was also perfect. It was only a few mile markers from lots of restaurants, bars, coves, etc and a short driving distance on the road from other restaurants as well as grocery stores, Target, etc. Anna was easy to communicate with and helpful. I'll definitely be staying again at her home when I return to the Ozarks.

Great rental!

Yearly, my family tries to get together in the Ozarks. This fit our needs perfectly! Very clean and modern. We were even provided little shampoo, conditioner and body washes😁. Nice, quiet cove. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Peaceful Property

This house was great for our nice relaxing long weekend. We had 6 people and did not feel crowded. We could have easily fit more. It was a great convenience to have 2 refrigerators. The house is on a very quiet and calm cove, no big waves. The dock and lilly pad were exactly what we were wanting and did not disappoint. The stairs to get down to the lake were in good shape and not too steep. The kitchen had a big round table that was perfect for sitting around and playing cards. The WiFi had a good strong signal. The owner was very polite and quick to respond to any questions. Beds were comfortable. They provided travel size shower toiletries, plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, towels and kitchen amenities. We would stay here again!

Quiet cove, great location if you enjoy swimming in the lake.

We had four kids in our group ranging from ages 2-1/2 to 8. This was a great cove for swimming in the lake with them. We appreciated being able to use the Maui Mat when in the water, too. And there was adequate dock space for us to secure our two wave runners. Tastefully decorated home, very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. A couple of the bedrooms are pretty small, but living areas made up for those. Plenty of parking space for our 3-4 vehicles. Owner was quick to respond to a couple of "how to" questions we had when we first arrived. Enjoyed our week in this home.

Perfect Location and Perfect for Families

This property can't be beat when it comes to location, amenities and room for a large family as we are three generations ranging in age from 1 - 79. The dock and deck are spacious with ample seating for all, and the swimming in the quiet cove is safe and enjoyable. The kitchen and living areas are well appointed and provide all you need for a comfortable stay. There are restaurants, groceries and marinas within easy driving distance, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Anna was easy to reach when needed and responsive to any questions or concerns. I plan to bring my family back for another wonderful vacation at the Lake of the Ozarks!

A month of memories that will last a lifetime!!!

What an amazing month! When we started thinking about spending a month at the lake, we never could have imagined finding such a beautiful place that we could call home for our family. We both appreciate your ongoing communication when we were there; you went out of your way to order items when we mentioned we “might” need them. The Cove is PERFECT for the lily pad, kayaking, swimming and jumping off the platform (not to mention fantastic, family-friendly neighbors). As for the house there was so much room for our large family and we spent many nights playing games around the table and swimming at night with the kids. These are memories we’ll have forever and we can’t thank you enough! See you next year!

Amazing Vacation Rental!

Recently, a group of friends and I stayed at this beautiful property! This house is newly furnished and follows a modern lake house style. The amenities such as beach towels, kitchenware, plush bath towels, extra outdoor seating, and supply of cleaning products made the stay even easier! Additionally, the bedroom accommodations perfectly fit our entire group. The location of the house itself was very close to town, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. The cove the house is located in is quiet and perfect for swimming and hanging out by the dock. Anna was also very responsive in her communication and answered all of our questions promptly. Overall, we had a lovely stay and hope to return to this property very soon!
