Fun beach townhome in this desirable Sea Star Village location - right across from the beach. Enjoy the ocean views and the fun beach vibes from your decks, overlooking the Surf City Restaurant and Bar outdoor patio next door. Easy access to the beach and community pool just steps away. Sleeps 12 with space to spread out. Top floor great room and master bedroom. Middle floor additional bedrooms, and entrance level has a foosball table. Front and back decks lets you enjoy the beach air. Space for two cars under the carport. This home does not include linens. No Pets. Great availability this summer!

Wonderful vacation

We love this house! This is the second time we have stayed there and would probably visit again. Perfect short walk to the beach. The kitchen is a little lacking if you’re playing on cooking much while you’re there, but it wasn’t a big issue at all.

Great time

We had an awesome stay! Great location, close to beach, restaurants and shops. The only minor complaint was that we couldn’t grill, which I didn’t realize when we booked. Otherwise we had an amazing stay!

Beach stay

Loved the townhouse and surf city in general. Everything you need for vacation. Close to the beach and the town itself was everything I and my family was looking for. We will be back next year

Great getaway close to the beach

Great amount of space, great ocean views, easy access to beach. Enjoyed the restaurant Nextdoor that always had live music to enjoy, just pop out on the top deck enjoy the music and the views of the ocean. Now the only complaint, kitchen was severely under equipped, we only had enough forks for one meal at a time, pots and pans lacked and no grill. Nothing that would stop me from renting again, just know the things I might wanna bring to make up for the short falls

Close to beach, clean and lots of space!

Our family of 6 enjoyed our first trip to Topsail in a few years. We typically visit every year but as our kids have gotten older, it’s not been as easy to schedule. We have rented single family homes in the past but this condo felt private and spacious. It was so close to beach access, just a couple of minutes and you’re on the beach.The home was clean and we had plenty of room to spread out but also had a great time in the main living space watching movies and playing games.The only criticism we had was that the kitchen was a bit under stocked. We like to cook and we felt like they provided the bare minimum. Can opener was not operational and we purchased a cutting board. We were able to make it work but we cook most of our meals while vacationing and we had to McGyver a lot of things. The dryer was also quite loud so we would only use it during the day when kids were not in their rooms.Overall, we loved this spot and would stay there again. An excellent option for families or groups.

The property was a great location. The size worked great for our family. We would rent again. Over all a good vacation spot.There was a couple of things that started it off not so good. We were not able to get in on time, the cleaning people were still there. Then the trundle beds were not clean. Hair and spots were on the mattress covers, after seeing all the dirt and hair we did not use and purchased an inflatable mattress. We did not feel comfortable in using them for the kids.

Location A++, Cleanliness C-

The location of the property is perfect. We know Surf City and Topsail Island very well so knew it was a good spot when booking. Although not ocean front, literally steps to the beach and good views of the ocean can be seen from inside. The sound and inland waterway can be seen from the deck so that is a bonus. We were very disappointed with the condition of the unit. The kitchen was very poorly stocked - thankfully, we had brought a few basics with us such as measuring cups and spoons but this place was ridiculously bare. No mixing bowls, among other things, and I had to buy a vegetable peeler. It also needs a really deep, thorough cleaning. I.e. carpets cleaned/replaced, cabinets wiped out, furniture CLEANED. The shower heads had to be replaced in 2 of the 3 baths because they were so dirty and mildewed we didn’t want to use them. (and, yes, I tried to clean them myself before calling the agent). Yes, it’s getting to the end of the rental season and places are starting to get worn and tired but still… Again, great location and we really liked the layout of the unit for our group of adults and teens however a thorough refresh is desperately needed!!

Black mold!!!!

The townhouse location is terrific and the beach is amazing BUT the townhouse is full of black mold! We had to clean our shower 5 times and still didn’t get it all out. The ducts must be nasty as we replaced the filters and by the end of the first day they were filthy again! The upstairs a/c unit said to replace the filter again! Sent a picture of the shower to the realty company and got no response at all. Kitchen lacks plates, silverware, serving dishes, containers, etc! We had just enough forks and knives for our guests. Curtains and drapes are nasty filthy. Carpet needs replacing badly!!! The unit is decorated very nicely so I doubt the owner knows the condition of the unit.

Great Location

We had a fabulous time. The location is so close to the beach and the outdoor shower was wonderful for rinsing off the kids. Lots of space and we loved all the decks.

Nice Place and great getaway

Property was really nice and convenient. Beach was great. Didn't get to enjoy the full offering of the island as we were social distancing due to the pandemic. Pier fishing a couple miles north was really fun. Top Sail Steamer was a great place to get some seafood. Watch out for the military flyovers as Camp Lejeeune is right up the street. Property management could update the contract specifically about how to get keys to the place. Contract said they were in a lockbox at the house. I was fortunate enough to call them and they told me to come into the office to pick up the keys. Wasn't a huge deal but would be nice to have a contract be 100% accurate. Overall it was a great spot and I would definitely recommend for a family or small group!
