Welcome to Shell Cottage, your cozy getaway paradise in Myrtle Beach. This little cove is ocean front, with a sandy patio where you can enjoy a cup of coffee with the glorious sunrise or relax after a swim. Whether you are planning a family vacation, a couple's getaway or a remote work retreat, this bright and breezy townhouse offers comfort, convenience, and front row fun to the sun, sand and surf. Excellent location; walking distance to nearby shops, bars and restaurants.
This home can easily sleep 6 guests. There are 6 steps to the patio, from which you will find yourself on the first floor. There you will conveniently find the living room, kitchen, dining room and half bath.
On the second floor you will find the master bedroom (with full bath) and balcony with the dreamy ocean view. There are two additional bedrooms with a full bathroom.
This is a two-story townhouse, oceanfront, literally seconds from the beach, 5 minutes to Grand Strand Airport. Minutes to downtown, 2 parking spots available
Small pets are allowed for an extra fee of $150.

February at the beach with our dogs

The location is convenient and no worries with parking or check in. We enjoyed walking the dogs on the beach multiple times a day. I’m sure we would have enjoyed the balcony if the temperature would have been warmer. It was everything we needed for the week.

Beach property review

Was very dated, at least 2 lights out, carpet was dirty, dust and dirt under furniture and tables, wall paper torn in many places, up stairs toilet very slow. The beach chairs were not usable and they were not locked. The only beach view was outside on porches and that was very limited. Much too expensive for the shape the house was in. Will not rent again… If you have questions or want more information, you have my information.

Perfect for a Short Visit.

We were in N Myrtle for a short stay with our son and three small dogs. The location was perfect for beach access. It met our needs in cleanliness and comfort. The property is a little dated and could use some TLC, but, in all, we were happy with condo. Peter was great in communication and was prompt in answering any questions we had.

Wow, we had such a good time, we can't wait until next year. The beach house was perfect and had everything we needed. Our host, Peter was very helpful and welcoming. Thank you for making our trip one to remember. We will be back!!!

Great location!

We had a wonderful time at the beach house! The location could not be any better! Communication with Peter was great as he replied very quickly anytime we reached out. We cannot WAIT to stay again!

From a 9 year old to 60 year old, everyone said they would stay here again. Very comfortable, not perfect, but a pleasant experience for sure.

Location is GREAT BUT next to a public parking which was not great at all. Unit is not end unit but still had an ocean view.

Family pet-friendly perfection

We had a great trip. The property exceeded all our expectations. Check-in was simply and convenient. The property was very welcoming and we all felt at home the moment we arrived. The personal space my family had was very appealing. A day or two into our vacation, everyone asked me to re-book the property for next year. We were conveniently located right on the beach. Everything we ended up doing was only a short distance from our location. Having a full kitchen furnished with dishes, a dishwasher and easy access laundry also made the trip that much easier. We will definitely stay again. Also the host corresponded with me promptly and was extremely friendly. Anytime I reached out, I received a response quickly. Definitely recommend this property for families with or without pets.

Great location

Fantastic location, right on the beach. Host was extremely responsive with all communication after checkin, which he allowed a few hours early. Minor issues with older kitchen appliances and could use some updating (broken drawer handle, chipped/scratched walls, rusted lock on outside chest) but overall as expected for a low-key beach rental. My family had a great trip! Would recommend especially for location.
