This beautiful, newly renovated beachfront view Majestic Sun 707B vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort is located directly across the beach on the seventh floor and sleeps a total of 6. This condo is beautifully decorated and offers amazing beach views from all common areas. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of Summer from your private balcony, or take a stroll on the beach. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.


Upon entering this newly renovated 1-bedroom, 1.5 bath vacation rental condo, Majestic Sun 707B, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV and relax on the large, comfortable sofa. The living room is also equipped with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The kitchen is updated with granite countertops and has everything you would need for a home-cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or breakfast bar with the beautiful views that the Emerald Coast has to offer. The master king suite offers an HDTV, a private bath with an attached shower, and a vanity. This unit also provides a twin over twin bunk nook area in the hall, perfect for small children. A washer and dryer can be found in this beach condo at your convenience, and it sleeps a total of 6.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

Close to the beach!

The condo building had issues with the elevator and the couch in the condo was kinda worn down but the location was great! Very close to the beach and close to lots of places to eat. 2 toilets is very useful when you have a family!

Directly across the street, you can rent chairs and walk out and sit down!!! Close to anything you want. The balcony is wonderful for drinks, snacks and reading while watching the water.

Nice location

Nice setup and location. Easy access to golf, beach, restaurants, coffee, shopping etc. Super glad that there were beach chairs and an umbrella. Good starting products: tp, dish soap,paper towels, etc. maybe provide coffee filters. I sent some recommendations to owner to fix so stay is perfect: ice maker broken, shower faucet drips and hard to control temperature, dishwasher rack won’t extend due to the door not going flat. A dresser would also be nice for clothes.

Great place, great experience

We were pleased with the cleanliness of the property. Being in Florida we expected to see bugs, and even brough bug traps, however we didn't encounter any. Everything was clean and worked great. The property needs minor repairs and a couch replacement. Overall, I give it a great review and would rent it again. We asked for and received early check-in which was helpful for us to get settled in quickly. You only have to walk across the street to get to the beach which was nice and the views of the ocean were amazing.

We loved dining at The Crab Trap and Disliked Royal Palms right next door. Loved that it was a short drive to all the cute towns like Seaside and Rosemary. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Would have liked more towels and a bench for our luggage. Oh and a curtain in the bedroom would be nice to cover the light from the hall. LOVED our stay during Christmas! Thank you!

Love Majestic Sun/Miramar Beach

This unit was really nice place to stay. The condo was very clean and was nicely decorated. The view from balcony is as always amazing . L Only issues in condo would be silverware (only 3 forks and 2 teaspoons), no pizza cutter and needs skillets. We really didn’t cook much and had bought plastic forks and spoons. Location of the condo is great! There are several restaurants in walking distance. Grocery store a mile away. Whales Tale is across street and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner with some yummy drinks! So many beach front restaurants that are all good. Just love this area! A big thank you to Destin Palms Vacations. They held our bags when we got there. We were able to change and get our vacation started! Don’t hesitate to book this condo. Looking forward to coming back !

Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We started off bad due to the fact that we were never sent any of the codes or instructions for check in. I had to call the after hours emergency line due to checking in on a Sunday and the office being closed. They did call me back in a timely manner and we actually were able to check in early. There also was some construction going on a few days and at times there was very loud jackhammering going on but the office emailed me back when I reached out to them and unfortunately it was due to a resident having remodeling going on so there was nothing they could do about it. It subsided and it was fine after they were done. The condo itself was pretty nice and it was clean however the the couch really needs to be replaced. It was dingy and one of the cushions was ripped. The condo is in a great location! You just walk right across the street and your on a beautiful beach! There are a few restaurants and stores within walking distance and there is a lake behind you that was pretty to walk and fish in. The location was close to many restaurants stores and activities and I would definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of 5 stayed here for 6 nights in late May/early June 2022. The place was decorated nicely with a good view of the ocean, despite the sometimes noisy street down below. The floors were nice- something I find important with a toddler. The couch was very uncomfortable, worn and in need of replacement. The refrigerator handles were also worn and a little gross-looking. The faucet handle in the bathroom needed repair and had to be turned “just right” so the faucet didn’t continue to run. The stackable washer and dryer were fine. The primary bedroom bed was comfortable. I admit I did not realize there was no closet space aside from about a foot of hanging space in one single (stuffed) closet in the bathroom. With 5 people we had to get creative on where to store our luggage and clothes. I suggest the owners empty out the bathroom closet for renters’ use. I also recommend placing a simple curtain over the bedroom window. Even with blinds the hallway light shines bright all night. Overall our stay was nice and none of the above issues were anything we couldn’t deal with, but should probably be addressed by the owners to ensure repeat visitors.

I’ve got some pros and cons about the place. This review is very honest, I travel quite a bit and have stayed at many different places and keep an open mind wherever I go. Location. You can’t beat the ocean view and short walk to the beach. Being on the 7th floor was annoying at times- if you forget anything, you have to go all the way back up which can be inconvenient if you’re all the way over on the beach (not the properties fault, just be aware of this if you book a hight floor). There are restaurants and shopping within walking distance of majestic sun.Amenities. I felt like the most basic amenities were offered here. Bath towels and small bottle of shampoo and body wash were offered. No beach towels- had to buy our own. Beach chairs and umbrella were great. Absolutely no ingredients or food in the kitchen. We had to make many grocery trips for things we forgot. No salt or pepper in the unit was annoying. This seems like a basic thing to provide. Furniture. Bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced. If you are road tripping here, bring your own pillows. There was absolutely no space to put suitcases and nowhere to unpack your clothes. I threw my suitcase on the bottom bunk so it was out of the way. I wish there were some drawers to put your clothes in. Living room furniture was also uncomfortable and old. Definitely needs to be updated. Porch furniture was fine. Nothing fancy. Cleanliness. The first day we got there, there were coffee and juice stains on the coffee table that I had to wipe up. There were also food crumbs on the floor. The bathroom also smelled very musty and could use a good bleaching. Cleanliness is top priority for me and I didn’t feel like it was met here. The whole building itself felt a little rundown and in need of a good cleaning.All in all, this place was fine but not great. I wouldn’t s

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented at Majestic Sun in the past and never had the simple issues like we encountered this time. We were used to having coffee filters, salt and pepper, oil, just super basic necessities that mean so much. We had two toilet paper rolls and one paper towel roll. Dirty living room carpet and couch. Toaster in the kitchen in at least 15 years old and barely working as well as an old smelly dish washer. All in all the place can definitely use renovation and new appliances to make your stay feel more at home.Will not be renting again through a company rather will go with a privately family owned condos because those people truly understand travelers and the importance of the stay.

All appliances worked, along with the AC. We had no troubles during our stay and check in was super easy. The Condo was ready a bit earlier than check in time abs they let us in. Location was making and beautiful views of the beach off the balcony everyday! We will stay in the same condo again!
