We brought our toddler and infant and had a great time. Walking distance to a cute park, great for active toddler. The cabin is cozy but was perfect for our family of four. The primary bedroom upstairs was plenty large and the bedroom on the first floor was on the small side but fine for our toddler. Quiet area and the location fit our needs well, but you are still just a short drive from town. Appreciated the communication from the host and attention to detail in the cabin.
We had a wonderful weekend at this cabin. Host was very responsive to our messages, gave us a lot of tips what to do in the area, and checked if everything was in order once we arrived. The house is very clean and cozy! It feels like a home away from home, and had everything we needed including all the kitchen supplies and games for kids. It also had a welcoming kit with snacks and drinks, which was a very nice touch.
The cabin is in a waking distance to a big playground, hiking trails, and a few restaurants where we ordered food. It's also close to the lake, and we loved hiking around it. Our family enjoyed this weekend so much! We'll definitely be back!
Thank you, Irina, for a wonderful place and a great service!
We had an excellent experience staying at this mountain gateway. The cabin has everything you need and more.
Amazing host with exceptional attention to detail provided everything necessary to welcome our family and to make our stay joyful and comfortable.
We enjoyed many activities that the Big Bear has to offer. We loved exploring the Big Bear Discovery Center, hiking through picturesque forest trails, dining at local restaurants and engaging in many other activities that the lake has to offer.
