Enjoy your next trip to the mountains at the awe inspiring Outlook in the desirable Peaks neighborhood located at the base of Sunday River Resort. Enter this expansive mountain home through a large tiled entryway with enough space to store all your gear. Featuring a large open great room with breathtaking views of Sunday River and the surrounding mountains, a gourmet kitchen complete with granite countertops and stainless appliances, and an off-set dining room ideal for entertaining. The second floor offers a private master with luxury en suite bathroom and king sized bed. The lower level has a second living area, bunk room and fourth bedroom, bathroom, wet bar, and direct outdoor hot tub access. The Outlook at the Peaks is a premier location to unwind with friends and family in the Bethel / Sunday River area.
To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Linens / Toiletries
Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

The house was beautiful and spotless. Beds were extremely comfortable. Views were amazing! Sunday River is less than a 5 minute drive. The home was warm and the fireplace and hot tub warmed us up after a cold day skiing. I hope I will be able to stay here again in the future.

We just returned from our two-week stay at this property. The home is beautiful, & the view (from virtually every room) is simply astonishing. Overall the home was very clean from a "housekeeping" perspective. However, from a hospitality perspective, there were a few points that seem overlooked. It might seem petty, but we've never had these experiences, so it just seemed odd. One, there is, as stated, a million-dollar view of the mountains, and the obvious vantage point is the deck. But there are no deck chairs? Two, our group was tiny, but the house could easily sleep a couple in the master bedroom, a couple in the ground-floor bedroom, and (as I recall), probably around 6-8 kids downstairs. Lots of room. But the closets were locked in the master bedroom, so there was one dresser for us (fine, but it had other people's stuff in one of the drawers). The bathrooms had various used/open toiletries stowed in the drawers and cabinets. The refrigerator had beer, club soda, and condiments in it, and the freezer was nearly full with other people's groceries. Similarly, the kitchen cabinets had open boxes of cereal and dry goods, and the kitchen closet was loaded with open dry goods, so we had nowhere but the counter to store our nonperishable food. Not the end of the world, but just odd. That said, we had a wonderful & relaxing time, and the property is outstanding, great location, lovely area, and importantly, everything (tvs, a/c, hot tub, etc) "worked" perfectly.

. The house is beautifully built and tastefully furnished, with plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. The views are absolutely stunning, making it a perfect getaway. The only downside is the lack of room-darkening shades in the living area, which makes it difficult to enjoy the space during the bright summer days when the sun is intense. A central AC would have been really helpful as well.
