3 Bedroom 3 bath in upscale Lakota neighborhood. Fully remodeled primary suite summer ‘23.
Wonderful views of ski area and divide. Located across the street from Winter Park Resort. Steps away from “The Lift” the free shuttle to the ski village or downtown. Beautifully furnished including washer, dryer, FIRE PIT, OUTDOOR GRILL and PRIVATE HOT TUB!
Newly remodeled primary suite is on upper level for pure privacy and includes a wonderful king mattress, double vanity, brand new spa shower and carved bench my husbamd made from an old oak in the yard! Smart tv and plenty of storage.
The main living area boasts a lovely family room with amazing views of the ski area and gondola. Complete with gas fireplace and large smart tv. There is a mud room and updated powder room with access to the one car garage. Adjacent is the dining area that seats 8 and well equipped kitchen. The lower level is where you will find two additional bedrooms and a full large bath. One bedroom is a well appointed comfy king bed and the other bedroom is a bunk room with two queen sized beds and a twin xl trundle. Only children on upper bunk please (weight less then 200).
The upper deck has some seating with umbrella and a gas grill. The lower deck is where you will find a new private hot tub and an iron propane FIRE PIt/table and 4 iron chairs. Enjoy the view any time of year!!

Wonderful spring break!

Perfect Stay for a Ski Trip

Beautiful Rental with Amazing views!

This was one of our favorite rentals! Beautiful place in a perfect location with amazing views. It is so well stocked with everything you need. We had the best time staying here for Christmas. I highly recommend!!

We loved our week in Winter Park

This property was perfect for our family of 7. Location to shuttle and gondola is great. The house is lovely with wonderful views and everything you need to make your trip easy. We loved the hot tub after skiing. The best part is the property Owners are so nice and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here.

Great WP property

We had a great stay. Only downside was the shuttle was hard to sort out and not super reliable. Unit is very nice and owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. When a storm rolled through she accommodated a late checkout also, which was very helpful for us.

Great Property

Our family took our annual Spring Break trip to Winter Park and we loved our time at this property. The bedrooms were spacious and the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect after a day on the slopes with great views of the mountain. Teresa was great to work with and very responsive before and during our stay if we had any questions. We are already looking forward to next Spring Break.

Beautiful home! Very comfortable and clean. Owners (and neighbors) were wonderful. Close to the lift for ease of transport to Winter Park for skiing. Hot tub was a welcome bonus. Would definitely recommend!!!

Clean & well stocked with excellent service

Spacious, garage, across Hwy 40 from lifts, close to shuttle. Theresa let us check-in at 10:00am as our flights were changed. Wonderful Christmas reunion with family. We even made cookies! Highly recommended!

Wonderful condo with a beautiful view!

Perfect place for a week of skiing. The condo has a great layout with lots of windows to take in the view of the trees and ski hill. The kitchen was really well equipped. The living area was comfortable and roomy. The beds were super comfy. The decks give added space and the hot tub was so appreciated after a day on the slopes. Short walk to the city bus stop and shuttle to Winter Park ski resort. Teresa was an excellent host. Love to come back for another stay!

Beautiful property!

Our time in Winter Park was amazing. This property was so wonderful to stay at. The decor and amenities made our trip really special. The location had beautiful views, privacy and was a quick ride to the gondola. Theresa was so easy to contact and she accommodated our changing schedule. The hot tub was new and clean. The house had everything you'd need from a fully stocked kitchen, soft bedding, games and smart tvs. I would recommend booking here!!

Perfect Spot for a Winter Park Getaway!

What an awesome condo, with all the amenities. Especially the private hot tub during Covid times, it was priceless. Add the grill and the stacked cupboards with basic needs and fridge with condiments, we literally had everything we needed at every point of our stay. Would def come back and refer any friends to stay at Teresa’s place as well. Easy bus ride to the mountain, 3 minute walk to the bus stop and only 1 stop to the base in the morning. Oh and Winter Park is absolutely amazing. What a couple days of shredding!

Beautiful Condo!

Wow! What a view! This condo was everything we needed for a relaxing vacation in Winter Park. Its large windows and deck provide an amazing view of the Winter Park ski runs. The kitchen/living room area is very spacious and open. The condo was stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed relaxing in the private hot tub and sitting outside on the patio. The location is perfect for quick trips to Winter Park Resort or the towns of Winter Park and Frasier. Both are just a few minutes away. Check-in and communication with owner was quick and easy. We are already planning a return stay for a ski vacation!

Very accommodating hosts!

Family and I had a great time at this location. Any issues with the home upon arrival were very quickly resolved (the hosts even brought a brand new refrigerator to replace the existing one that was leaking). The hosts also acquired things we requested for our toddler, and went the extra lengths to ensure we were comfortable. The home itself has an immaculate view of the mountain, and some of the best bus access in Winter Park (very short route, every 20 minutes to village, and extended hours pickup/dropoff for those evenings dining out in town). If you're staying in WP to ski, give them a call. You'll be well taken care of.
