New to the vacation rental market! Whether you are looking for business or pleasure this is a great new listing! Our single-story home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, with a fenced in backyard. It's located It's conveniently located near the I-10 Freeway which gets you anywhere in the valley, parks, restaurants, shopping, Goodyear ballpark and major sports venues.



*Traveling with a dog? No problem. This home allows for your pup to run free and explore in the completely fenced in yard. If you are traveling with your dog let us know upon booking. Your reservations will require a $250 + tax nonrefundable pet fee in addition to the total on the checkout page so we will need to add this to your reservation after you book the home.



The living room as you walk in the door features a large sectional sleeper sofa and a 65” Smart TV w/ Hulu Live TV. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals at home, or you can use the grill out on the covered back patio that’s just off the kitchen/family room. There is seating at the kitchen table for 6 plus 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter and just off the kitchen is the family room with a sectional sofa and 75” smart TV with Hulu Live TV.



The master bedroom has a King size bed, dresser, and 65” smart TV with Hulu Live TV and a private bathroom featuring double sinks, walk in shower and separate garden tub with direct access to back patio. Both guest bedrooms have a Queen size bed.



The guest bathroom has a single sink and a tub/shower combo. There is a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Enjoy the fenced in backyard with BBQ grill and fire pit with seating.

Free Fun! Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You can go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. You may choose to go to the Phoenix Zoo in the morning then golf at lunch and then Medieval times that evening.
