Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the front yard, entire house, backyard, guesthouse, hot tub, patio, and balcony. This house also has a fire pit and waterfront access with boat slip and cleats included. There is a community boat ramp for guest access.



The Neighborhood:

This home is located on the Llano River on Lake LBJ. The Lighthouse Golf Course is located near this house and is close to the center of Kingsland. There are local restaurants, outdoor activities such as Longhorn Cavens, Inks Lake State Park and many more places to explore in the Texas Hill Country.



Getting Around:

You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property and around to local attractions.



Other Things to Note:

There are external security cameras on this property. One is on front corner of house, one on doorbell at front door, one on side of house above grill, and on back patio post facing the lake.



This is a not Pet-Friendly Property. If evidence of pets are found, an automatic charge of $500 occurs.



Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.



In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.



As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.



The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.



The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.



Quiet Hours are from 10PM-8AM!



All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
