Cute apartment with very convenient location on James Island only 4 miles to Downtown Charleston and 6 miles from Folly Beach. Nice features such as high ceilings, crown molding, Rinnai gas hot water heater and hardwood floors. The galley kitchen has granite countertops and new stainless appliances. Also included is a stacked front-loader washer & dryer.

Excellent little cottage, perfect for the two of us! Close to anywhere you wanted to go in the Charleston area. Also close to grocery stores, walked to Aldi, and great barbecue restaurant to walk to, with numerous others a short drive away! The king bed was comfy, and the area felt safe, we rode the bikes one morning, and walked around neighborhood one evening. Beach chairs/towels for use were an added plus. We would stay here again for sure!

House had everything we needed for our stay in Charleston. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was super convenient. Easy to get downtown and to the other sites. We used Charleston as a home base, so it was nice being able to get on the road quickly to have maximum time to explore. Lots of food options and grocery stores in the area. CudaCo is a must for fresh seafood and just down the road.
