Cute apartment with very convenient location on James Island only 4 miles to Downtown Charleston and 6 miles from Folly Beach. Nice features such as high ceilings, crown molding, Rinnai gas hot water heater and hardwood floors. The galley kitchen has granite countertops and new stainless appliances. Also included is a stacked front-loader washer & dryer.

House had everything we needed for our stay in Charleston. Kitchen was well stocked. Location was super convenient. Easy to get downtown and to the other sites. We used Charleston as a home base, so it was nice being able to get on the road quickly to have maximum time to explore. Lots of food options and grocery stores in the area. CudaCo is a must for fresh seafood and just down the road.
Great location, clean, quiet, and very comfortable! Perfect for our weekend!

Nice quiet rental conveniently located near grocery stores, liquor store, restaurants. Nice size for one person and the owner was very responsive to my communications. I would stay there again.
Kit was a great host. Our stay coincided with the coldest temperatures in recent memory and also some snowfall. All issues were quickly addressed as soon as Kit was made aware of them. We were even offerred access to other properties.
Great rental in the perfect spot between the beach and downtown. Quiet, comfortable, and clean. It came stocked with essentials and I really didn’t need to bring anything.
All the amenities we needed/wanted in a comfortable, convenient accommodation. Easy and organized communications with the host, Kit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
