The property was listed as a private pool, but should've been listed as a converted shed in the back yard with a curfew as well as camera's watching your every move. On the plus side it makes a great story.

When 3 adult women show up for a few nights in a cottage that clearly accommodates only 2, I knew they would have issues. There is and has never been a curfew and we have 3 security cameras for our protection as well as our guests. There is always someone that can't be pleased. See all other normal peoples reviews....

Great location. Halfway between Downtown Charleston & Folly Beach. Hosts were great! Very private. EZ to find a quick bite in the morning or close enough to go downtown in a oinch!

We had a very smooth process. The host’s were amazing and prompt to get back to us. Great location and many places to visit, shop, eat, drink or beach! The property is clean, quaint, and relaxing. It is the perfect couples’ getaway! The house is absolutely adorable and the garden shower is so relaxing! The location of the house is great, a short drive to either the beach or downtown Charleston. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic Anniversary Rental

Kokomo Cottage was the perfect stay for my girlfriend and I’s anniversary! We loved the intimacy of the space, the proximity to downtown Charleston/Folly Beach, and the pool. Would recommend to any couple who wants to spend a romantic getaway in the Charleston area!

The cottage is adorable, exactly as pictured with all of the little touches to make you feel at home. Beautiful outdoor oasis, that is quiet & relaxing. Friendly hosts. Great location for going to the beach or exploring the history of Charleston.
