Our new home, completed in 2024 - is situated in the Iconic Old Las Palmas Areas rich in "Hollywood History" Spanish, Mid Century Architecture. Walkable to the best restaurants, boutiques and galleries in Palm Springs. 10 minute walking to the Design District on Palm Canyon.
The home is a Modern take on Midcentury Architecture, professional furnished to suite the Palm Springs lifestyle. With 5 Bedrooms, 6 Bathrooms - each with their own Patio and Ensuite, a TV Room, large living area that can be opened to the outdoors this home is super versatile and bring the outdoors in.
The chef's kitchen features Miele dual ovens, one a steam combi oven, double Miele dishwashers, Wolf Gas Cooktop, Hot Water tap, Wine fridge over sized island and windows that open to the outdoor Bar Area with BBQ. We are stocked with glassware for all occasions, plastic options for outdoors, baking and cooking big family meals. Coffee and Espresso machine - and can also leave a Nespresso machine out by request. High ceilings with windows throughout to take advantage of the stunning views. Lutron lighting system, indoor and outdoor fireplaces.
South West Back yard with an incredible outdoor area. Water features throughout the landscaped property. Swim in the oversized pool with gorgeous Palm Tree and Mountain Views. Sip on a cocktail on one of the many seating areas watching the sunset.
Bedroom Suite #1 - Primary Suite, King Bed, Samsung Frame TV, Power blackout window coverings, Private Patio, Outdoor shower. Large Ensuite with double vanity, Carrara marble Steam Shower, Deep Soaker Tub, Toilet room. Large Walk-in Closet. Hair straightener and Curling Iron.
Bedroom Suite #2 - King Bed, Ensuite with no step shower, Samsung Frame TV, Power black out window coverings.
Bedroom Suite #3 - 2 x Queen Beds, Ensuite with no step shower, Samsung Frame TV, Power black out window coverings.
Bedroom Suite #4 - 2 x Double Beds, Ensuite with no step shower, Samsung Frame TV, Power black out window coverings. Kids Games, Books and Toys.
Bedroom Suite #5 - Casita Suite, King Bed, Samsung Frame TV, Power blackout window coverings in bedroom, Private Patio, Ensuite with shower. The Casita also has it's own living room with a queen sized pull out sofa and kitchen. This kitchen is not intended for full use - but fridge and coffee machine and microwave can be used.
Each Suite has charging cords, a Hair Dryer, Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash.
We are a luxury home and do not rent for events, parties including Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties.
We are also located in a neighbourhood with VERY strict noise rules, which are enforced by the City of Palm Springs.

PARKING - Please Note we only have 2 spaces off street for vehicles at this time. The other vehicles can park on the street but may not exceed 5 in total.
SMALL CHILDREN - While we welcome and love children (and have a great set up for them). Please be aware that there are multiple doors and water features and small children must be watched at all times. The pool is open to the house from several doors on the property.
PETS - We also love animals, but due to allergies will consider non shedding or small Dogs for a fee and with advance approval :)
TV's - We have TV's in all bedrooms except Bedroom #4. We also have one in the DEN/TV Room. We do not have Cable - just Netflix and the other streaming networks. If cable is a must please reach out in advance.
POOL HEAT - Pool heat is additional and can be added for $125 per day. Please let us know in advance of your stay.
MID-STAY CLEANING - We can arrange mid stay cleaning at a cost should you wish.
PALM SPRINGS REGULATIONS:
- The Responsible Party occupying this Vacation Rental Property shall be at least 25 years old.
- Amplification of sound, including music, outdoor speakers, TV's, etc., outside of the dwelling unit is prohibited.
- Maximum occupancy limits for this Vacation Rental Property as listed above shall not be exceeded at any time.
- Parking is limited to 5 cars.
- Occupants are subject to immediate citation and fine for creating a disturbance or violating the Vacation
KEY VACATION RENTAL REGULATIONS:
-Main Renter must provide issued ID to the Vacation Rental Host.
-This person is responsible for the compliance of the Vacation Rental Regulations for all occupants and guests.
