Your Own Private Resort

Step outside and the estate becomes your private Palm Springs resort. Spend the day floating in the pool, lounging on the wet deck, relaxing in the spa, then gather around the fire pit as the mountains turn pink at sunset.

Inside, floor-to-ceiling glass connects the great room to the pool and mountain views. The chef’s kitchen revolves around a 14-foot island made for gathering, while the 12-foot dining table allows everyone to sit down together.

5 Palms Estate wasn’t an existing home adapted for vacation rentals. It was designed and built from the ground up for them, combining Palm Springs’ iconic indoor/outdoor lifestyle with the privacy and amenities of a luxury resort.

Good to Know

The estate accommodates up to 12 adults plus 2 children under 12. Palm Springs city regulations prohibit outdoor music at all times and require outdoor quiet hours after 10 PM. The primary renter must be 25+ and present. Maximum 6 vehicles. Pets considered with prior approval and fee. No parties, events, weddings or commercial use.

Exterior Nest cameras and outdoor noise monitors are provided for security and compliance. A rental agreement, ID and guest list are required within 24 hours of booking. Stays of 28+ nights require a deposit and exclude gas and electricity.

Beautiful House

This house is great for larger groups given the 6 bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The outdoor area and pool are great and the location is a quick 5 minute drive to downtown. Would stay here again!

Lovely space for a small mastermind retreat

We stayed at this great property for a long holiday weekend. It looked exactly as advertised and the staff was top notch for check-in and support. The house is surprisingly large and able to accommodate multiple families or groups. I highly recommend it!

We had the best time at this rental in Palm Springs! Great location, great space, super easy to have private chef come and also Joshua tree alchemy to have sound bath experience at the house! Josh even helped us book in house massages! The perfect weekend!

Perfect house for large group

A group of 12 of us rented this house for a long weekend by the pool. The layout was perfect for entertaining everyone and enough privacy for each bedroom. The en suite bathrooms were such a treat! Management was super at communicating and always available if we had any questions both prior and during our trip!

Beautiful home & great communication

This home worked perfectly for my group of 12 female friends. We loved that every room had its own bathroom & there was plenty of seating in the home. It was cleanly & well maintained. Beautiful decor & fun outdoor pool setting. The owners were communicative & had someone come out & fix the spa that wasn’t working. We also had Roshi sushi prepare an amazing meal for us at the recommendation of the owners.

Palm Springs Paradise

The owners and property agent were great to deal with and accessible. Our family of 9 people were very comfortable staying at the property. We loved the open living arrangement for gathering and the private bedroom suites for sleeping. The outdoor pool and hot tub were a hit, as was the firepit and grilling area. The property is centrally located in a nice neighborhood. Lots to do in town -- good dining, shopping and plenty of outdoor activities. Two thumbs up!

Awesome Property for 6 Couples

We rented this property for a four night stay with five other couples to celebrate a milestone birthday and everyone was thoroughly impressed with the property. Every couple had a room with a bathroom in each room, which was optimal for our group. The kitchen was a great set up for the group. We had a caterer use the kitchen to cook an outstanding paella dinner for the group. The house was perfect for watching the Super Bowl and essentially having our own Super Bowl party during the stay. I highly recommend this property if you are planning a stay in Palm Springs.

Palm Springs at its best!

We loved this property. The pool area is like your own private resort with views of the surrounding mountains. The main living worked perfect for our large family reunion. Bonus is every bedroom has a bathroom and access to outside. The location is also very close to downtown Palm Springs and all it has to offer. The hosts were great and communicated with us when we had questions. Highly recommend this beautiful home if you have a large family. Also hosts made our vacation by getting us in on short notice. Top Notch Rental

We had a family get together with 13 people whose ages ranged from 16 months to 90 years. The house was perfect. Each of the rooms was relatively similar and the dining room table had room for all of us which was great the night we had a private chef in. The kitchen was well stocked and all of the appliances worked well. The owners were very professional and were very prompt in responding back to us both pre arrival in Palm Springs and while we were there. I would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful home but take the noise ordinance seriously!

We really enjoyed our stay — the house was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was incredibly sweet, communicative, and understanding, which we truly appreciated.One important note: Palm Springs has a very strict outdoor noise ordinance. We received a warning for a violation, and were told that any further issues could result in eviction, a 5,000 fine, and legal action from the host for loss of income if their rental license were affected. We take full responsibility for the mistake, but want future guests to know the rules are strictly enforced — even minor noise can have serious consequences.Overall, a great stay — just go in fully aware of the local regulations and take them seriously.

As hosts, we’re held to very strict standards, and a violation can result in the city suspending our license for two entire years. That’s why we communicate these rules clearly and often. It’s not to scare anyone, but simply to preserve the ability to keep welcoming wonderful guests like you. Amazing home for a group

The property was perfect for a large group of adults! Thoughtful details, beautiful pool, fire pit, outdoor shower— what more could we ask for?! We went for my friends birthday and we had the best time. They really thought of everything to make the stay easy breezy. David and Frank were super communicative throughout our planning process, available to answer questions as we prepared for the trip. Josh was available for anything we needed during our stay. It is definitely unfortunate there is a noise ordinance in Palm Springs because this house BEGS for some music by the pool! But we made the best of it and really had an amazing stay. Thanks for everything, couldn’t recommend this home for a big group more!
