Spread across a thoughtfully designed layout, this entire condo offers three bedrooms and three and a half baths, creating a comfortable retreat for up to six guests. The living and dining areas flow together, giving you space to relax, share meals, or simply enjoy the easy pace of the community. Air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans support a comfortable stay throughout the year, while a dedicated workspace makes remote work straightforward when needed. A private entrance and self check-in via keypad ensure a smooth arrival.

Sleeping arrangements
Each of the three bedrooms features a king bed, offering consistent comfort for groups traveling together. The primary bedroom on the main level includes an ensuite bath with a bathtub. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms each offer their own private ensuite bath, providing separation and convenience. One of the upstairs bedrooms connects to a balcony, giving you a quiet spot to step outside and take in the pond views.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, with major appliances and the essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. The nearby dining table creates a natural gathering point for planning the day or enjoying a relaxed, home-cooked dinner without leaving the comfort of the condo.

Situated within a gated community near TPC Sawgrass, the condo places you close to golf options, walking paths, and the broader Ponte Vedra Beach area. Lake access is available via a nearby path or dock, and two dedicated parking spaces are provided on site. All properties within The Players Club (TPC) Sawgrass have access to the community pool and clubhouse, and guests may book their own tee times at the TPC course or at The Yards, which also offers tennis and pickleball. There is no designated beach access for properties within TPC.

Additional details
The home includes WiFi, an HDTV, washer and dryer, bathroom essentials, and key home safety features. This is a dog-friendly property, allowing dogs with pre-approval and additional fees. Assistance animals are always allowed.
