Lakewood Ranch Lakeside Condo Close to Shops and Restaurants

This lakefront condo is located in the heart of Lakewood Ranch. The condo is located on the first floor and offers sprawling views of the lake and fountain from the screened patio. Sitting on the patio is quite peaceful. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and has custom paint. Each bedroom is large and features comfortable, queen beds and walk in closets. There are televisions in the main living area and in both bedrooms. The condo also has WiFi. It's a wonderful executive suite for anyone staying in town on business.

The Village at Town Park offers resort style amenities. You can relax by the large pool, play beach volleyball, work out in the state of the art fitness center, or take a stroll on the half mile lakeside track. The clubhouse can be used to host intimate gatherings inside or out on the large screened patio overlooking the pool. The clubhouse also features a fully equipped business center and a conference room. For children, there is a playground, kiddie pool and a playroom in the clubhouse.

The shopping, restaurants and activities in Lakewood Ranch are outstanding, and are located less than 5 miles from the condo. Lakewood Ranch's Main Street is located on a scenic 160 acre lake and offers many upscale boutiques, fine restaurants, and the Lakewood Ranch Cinemas - a 7 screen movie theater. Main Street features live music from 6pm - 9pm the first Friday of each month. Less than one mile from the condo is Market Square, which features Publix Supermarket, First Watch restaurant, and additional stores and restaurants. The condo is very close to Sarasota Rowing at Benederson park. Legacy Golf Club is an award-winning Arnold Palmer signature designed 18 hole championship daily fee course located just minutes from the condo. The Sarasota Polo Club, located in Lakewood Ranch, is where the best players from around the world compete each Sunday from December - April. The condo is less than 5 miles from all of the shops and restaurants on University Parkway, including Bonefish Grill, Carraba's Italian Grill, Panera Bread, Atlanta Bread Company and SuperTarget. The condo is less than 2 miles from I-75, and is a 15 minute drive to downtown Sarasota, Marina Jack's and St. Armand's Square.

The information we received was helpful and the place was convenient and clean. The layout was good. Beds were comfortable. However, the furniture was very old and uncomfortable, as well as somewhat soiled. The kitchen pots and pans were in bad shape.

This property was immaculate, homey, and fabulously well stocked. Felt just like home, except cleaner! We loved the walks around the pond and the fitness center and pool were great bonuses also. The host was incredibly kind and responsive when we reached out. The location is perfect, central to all things LR yet in a serene, quiet setting. The condo is spacious, clean and cozy. Everything we could have possibly needed was available. My husband used the fitness center while I enjoyed the pool. We will definitely be back often.

The condo is exactly as described and, as per previous reviews we read, was extremely clean, TONS of supplies for cooking/cleaning, beach toys and chairs, all furniture in condo was super comfy. Kathy had thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable/comfortable. She responded almost immediately to any questions we had before and during our stay. Thank you for a great stay!!

Perfect!

This condo was just perfect for 2 seniors trying out the “snow bird lifestyle”. 2 beds, 2 full baths, 2 big walkin closets, washer/dryer, galley kitchen, living/dining room area. First floor so no stairs, screened in porch facing the lake and fountains and a short walk to a beautiful heated pool. We had a little trouble with our internet connection and Kathy was right on top of things dealing with Frontier. We couldn’t have a better experience!
