Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our fourth year at Cinnamon Shore, and we love it! We love how much the amenities are growing and the atmosphere is exceptional. Unfortunately, we had some pretty remarkable issues with our condo. It is new and there were some serious electrical issues that prevented us from washing dishes and using the dishwasher. When I brought it to the attention of the property manager, they were responsive however, because it was a holiday there was a delay in service. Then I conveyed that I was disappointed given the fact we pay a premium price for our stay that we would appreciate some type of compensation, and I was given a terse response. Customer service is everything and I would consider the fact that we are loyal customers, and it was a huge inconvenience not to have access to the kitchen sink for 2.5 days. of our stay.
