The Sunrise Suite: Bright | Modern | Beautiful (Fully Registered w/ Regulations)
Youâll love the stunning sunrises over sweeping mountain and valley views while drinking your morning coffee under the private outdoor pergola, or in your bright and cozy living room.
Tucked away in a quiet and family-friendly neighbourhood, you'll enjoy being minutes from gorgeous wineries, beaches, lakes and hiking trails. Conveniently located 25 min in each direction between Kelowna and Vernon, and 10 min from the YLW Airport.
Welcome to The Sunrise Suite, we canât wait to host you!
THE SPACE:
This space is open-concept and functional. The kitchen has ample counter space, an eating bar, and is fully stocked with everything youâll need to have the comforts of home.
The living room sofa easily converts into a very cozy bed (full XL mattress size) for lounging by the TV, playing board games, or sleeping and includes a mattress topper for added comfort. We have provided you with an additional room darkening curtain, a white noise machine, and a fan if desired.
The tastefully decorated bedroom has a comfortable memory foam queen bed, nightstands with touch-lamp nightlights, a desk, dresser, and walk-in closet.
The Suite is stocked with three sets of incredibly soft 680 thread count Pima cotton sheets, an extra duvet and cover, extra pillows, blankets, throws, many towels, and more.
In the living room sideboard, youâll find games, puzzles, tourism guides, plenty of childrenâs toys and books, and more.
Under your covered pergola, you can put your feet up and relax with a beverage while listening to music on our Wonderboom 3 and enjoying the gorgeous views across the valley. Hummingbirds love our feeder thatâs hanging nearby, and youâre welcome to use any herbs from the herb garden outside your entrance door.
If thereâs absolutely anything you think we should bring into the space to make it that much more enjoyable - we appreciate the feedback as we truly get so much joy continuously improving this sanctuary!
THE PROPERTY:
You will have access to your own driveway located on the right side of our front yard. The steps from this driveway will take you down the right side of the house into your private, sectioned off portion of the backyard with grass and a covered pergola.
The Sunrise Suite is a legal, lower ground level 1 bedroom basement suite, completely separate from the hosts who live upstairs.
GUEST INTERACTION:
All of our contact information and mode is included in our Welcome Guide which is sent digitally a few days prior to arrival, with a paper copy in the Suite.
Heather is available over Airbnb messaging, and both Heather & Lance are available over text, phone, or email.

We left the corporate 9-5 upon embarking into parenthood seeking fulfilment and being of greater service to others, both in fields of health and fitness.
Much love went into furnishing this space to provide you with the most enjoyable and comfortable experience while you explore all that the Okanagan has to offer!
Please note, as a young family upstairs, there is a potential for noise from above - though we take utmost care in doing our best to manage this, out of courtesy to our guests. We appreciate your understanding and are available with any needs you have during your stay.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We built this house in 2010 and have loved living here ever since. The neighbourhood is very friendly, safe, and quiet, tucked away from the main roads and on the edge of a forested mountain.
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
We are on the crest of the top street of our subdivision, and chose to build on this lot specifically as it has the BEST views of all of the homes in our neighbourhood. It is such a joy to share this special space with others!
