Passing into the lushly carpeted living room, we find dual recliners and a sofa facing a flat-screen TV and flanked by a sliding glass door framing golf views. Step through those sliders, and you’re enjoy elevated scenery from a private balcony.

In the first, eye-catching coastal vibes infuse a space with a sense of oceanside chic, with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV and en suite bath with tub and shower. The second, serving as a primary, offers a queen and twin-size bed, flat-screen TV and en suite bath with walk-in shower and separate powder room.
